It's really firm, but not stiff. The quality is unmatched and is so durable! The fabric on the mattress is really soft and silky feeling. My back and neck pain is very limited compared to what it used to be. I’m not sweating all night long. I can breathe. I got cooling sheets to go with it. Im going to buy my dad one for Christmas I love it that much. I highly suggest stopping by a store and trying for yourself!
