So aesthetically, the color is beautiful and it's a good looking set. Cooking wise, you really don't need a lot of heat to get good results. The heat conduction is great and things do not stick to the ceramic coating, not even eggs or pancakes. Cleaning wise, occasionally a warm water soak makes cheese and sticking things come off easier, but even without it, it isn't much work. Only 3 weeks in so far, but overall, quite pleased.

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.

I have a Monogram induction stovetop. I have been looking for months for a reasonably price lightweight double griddle. I was thrilled when Greenpan finally came out with one. Part of the pan has a hard time syncing with the other half. Those who use induction stovetops know that if the size is wrong the magnetic element will not make contact (it keeps blinking/struggling) to stay on. Don’t understand why it’s not making contact. It’s nice, but I believe it’s too big. The length of the pan (excluding the handles) should have been one inch shorter and width should be about 9 or 9 1/2 inches (17x9 1/2). It’s nice looking and cleaned up nicely when I tried it. I wish the bottom of the pan would say induction ready like their smaller griddle. Unfortunately, for me it’s useless and since I used it once, it’s not returnable. Should have invested the extra money for the more expensive ones.

I had no idea how much I have been slumming it with my former nonstick pans. Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick pans work beautifully. Pans are solid and feel as if constructed with quality material. Easy to handle and there is even heat distribution. So far, I have made eggs. The omelette slid onto the plate from the pan as smoothly as an ice skater on fresh ice (just after the Zamboni machine has finished). Induction friendly too!

This griddle is sturdy and very easy to clean. Its surface is bigger than our previous one, and it heats evenly so pancakes, french toast, and quesadilla all come hot off the griddle looking delicious. We haven't used it for anything else yet, but it works like a charm.

We received our griddle about three weeks ago and have used it numerous times. Using a gas burner top the heat distribution seems be even over the surface of the griddle, this makes cooking banana nut French toast a breeze, no more shuffling the toast around and cleanup is effortless, would recommend this brand of cookware completely.

I’ve only had the pans a short while, but I’ve used them and am impressed with the non stick, the heat distribution, and really like the weight of the pans. I ordered the midnight blue, and really like it. I cook a lot, so I’m hoping to have these pans a long time!

This pan is AMAZING. The nonstick coating makes it so easy to clean, it sears meat PERFECTLY and heats up so quickly and evenly. I have made several dishes from stovetop to oven with ease, and I’m in love! Two small notes: the base of the pan is a bit smaller than I expected, so I can fit about 4 bone-in chicken thighs in there, but not MUCH more at the base. Also, I like the double handles for ease of picking up/lack of obstruction but they do get hot.

I've been using Green Pan products for 7 years now. Ever since I saw the Teflon peeling off my pans, I knew that was NOT healthy for my family! There's nothing worse than trying to flip the perfect pancake, and it sticks to the pan, all smushed up. Green Pan's griddles are amazing to cook with & just as amazing to easily clean. And you won't have to worry about eating part of your cooking instruments!

don’t even need to use cooking oil! they work wonderfully, and are just what i was looking for!
