Easily fits over both burners on my gas stove which helps when cooking for a family. The non stick ability enables less use of oil/butter when making pancakes and other foods. Easily wipe off any excess oils between cooking food items with a paper towel.

I love these pans, have the set and wanted more. I went for the 3 pack this time to get a smaller one for eggs. I cant say enough about these, highly recommend as they are super nonstick, perform as advertised and literally rinse clean. Plus no toxic stuff in my pan or food. Win, win. Such great pans and this set did not disappoint. Love!

The pans are beautiful, lightweight, and truly nonstick. Unfortunately I had a problem with the 12" pan developing chips with only a few uses even though I followed their care instructions to a T (and even bought felt liners for storage). I emailed customer service along with sending photos of the chips and within 15 MINUTES I had a reply and order confirmation for a replacement pan they were sending. I've never experienced customer service so quick and easy. The replacement pan has fared well so far and I truly enjoy cooking with these pans. I took one star off because of the subpar pan in my first order but I have no hesitation recommending this brand to anyone because if you have any problems they will make it right.

We received our griddle about three weeks ago and have used it numerous times. Using a gas burner top the heat distribution seems be even over the surface of the griddle, this makes cooking banana nut French toast a breeze, no more shuffling the toast around and cleanup is effortless, would recommend this brand of cookware completely.

The Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans are really amazing! I absolutely look forward to cooking meals. They are totally nonstick making it easy to move the food around the pan allowing for even cooking. And the best part the clean up is a breeze! Most importantly however is knowing I’m cooking more healthy for my family by not exposing them to harmful chemicals from the pans. I love these pans and highly recommend them!

Had to purchase this pan because the Venice Pro is not available. Doesn’t match my set, but works beautifully all the same. Wish i was told upfront that the Mr Clean sponge works great to remove residue from cooking..my Venice Pro might have remained non-stick longer. Maybe Green Pan should include one with each order!

Very very happy with these pans!!! I was looking for pans without forever chemicals and without completely breaking the bank, and these are awesome. We use them on our induction stove. After learning more about forever chemicals, I got rid of all of our pans since I did not know what was in them. These work very well and now I’m not worried about getting chemicals into our food through pans.

I have a Monogram induction stovetop. I have been looking for months for a reasonably price lightweight double griddle. I was thrilled when Greenpan finally came out with one. Part of the pan has a hard time syncing with the other half. Those who use induction stovetops know that if the size is wrong the magnetic element will not make contact (it keeps blinking/struggling) to stay on. Don’t understand why it’s not making contact. It’s nice, but I believe it’s too big. The length of the pan (excluding the handles) should have been one inch shorter and width should be about 9 or 9 1/2 inches (17x9 1/2). It’s nice looking and cleaned up nicely when I tried it. I wish the bottom of the pan would say induction ready like their smaller griddle. Unfortunately, for me it’s useless and since I used it once, it’s not returnable. Should have invested the extra money for the more expensive ones.

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.

We are new to Induction cooking and wanted a griddle/skittle that could manage pancakes using the synced two burners on our new Monogram cooktop. This skillet is the perfect size for about 8-10 pancakes. It cleaned easily and fits perfectly in the cabinet.
