The Valencia Pro Ceramic Frypans are really amazing! I absolutely look forward to cooking meals. They are totally nonstick making it easy to move the food around the pan allowing for even cooking. And the best part the clean up is a breeze! Most importantly however is knowing I’m cooking more healthy for my family by not exposing them to harmful chemicals from the pans. I love these pans and highly recommend them!

I purchased this heavier Valencia Pro griddle for home after buying a lighter weight less expensive version GreenPan Rio griddle for the boat. Both griddles work well and clean up so easily. I plan to buy more GreenPan cookware to replace my old nonstick pans.

Great weight and design for a mid priced frypan set. So being in the mid price catagory, this set is a great value. One of many Green Pan purchases over the years. I keep going back every year for the Holidays to add to my collection, my girlfriends, and my mothers.

I had no idea how much I have been slumming it with my former nonstick pans. Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick pans work beautifully. Pans are solid and feel as if constructed with quality material. Easy to handle and there is even heat distribution. So far, I have made eggs. The omelette slid onto the plate from the pan as smoothly as an ice skater on fresh ice (just after the Zamboni machine has finished). Induction friendly too!

I needed to replace my entire set of pots and pans and decided on the Valencia Pro because of the great reviews. I also took the online “which set is best for you” quiz. I’m so happy with my choice! The pans heat quickly and cook evenly. They stack nicely in to each other for storage. I haven’t had anything stick to the pans yet!

I am loving this everyday pan - the size and high sides are great for pasta and/or sauce dishes. I wasn't sure if we really needed this pan but I'm so glad I went for it! The nonstick feature works amazing, everything heats well and browns nicely too.

These pans are a great improvement over teflon or other nonstick pans I have owned. Eggs easily slide in the pan. I got the 8", 9.5", and 11" frying pans. At first I missed the size of my old 10" and 12" pans, but I quickly adjusted to the slightly smaller sizes. I use an induction range and found that the 9.5" pan does not work on the same burner that my former 10" pan did. But it works wonderfully on the slightly smaller burner without a hitch. The handles are very comfortable to hold, no potholder needed. The pans themselves are lighter than the ones they replaced. I have not yet used them in the oven, but I expect they will do fine.

I have a Monogram induction stovetop. I have been looking for months for a reasonably price lightweight double griddle. I was thrilled when Greenpan finally came out with one. Part of the pan has a hard time syncing with the other half. Those who use induction stovetops know that if the size is wrong the magnetic element will not make contact (it keeps blinking/struggling) to stay on. Don’t understand why it’s not making contact. It’s nice, but I believe it’s too big. The length of the pan (excluding the handles) should have been one inch shorter and width should be about 9 or 9 1/2 inches (17x9 1/2). It’s nice looking and cleaned up nicely when I tried it. I wish the bottom of the pan would say induction ready like their smaller griddle. Unfortunately, for me it’s useless and since I used it once, it’s not returnable. Should have invested the extra money for the more expensive ones.

I've been using Green Pan products for 7 years now. Ever since I saw the Teflon peeling off my pans, I knew that was NOT healthy for my family! There's nothing worse than trying to flip the perfect pancake, and it sticks to the pan, all smushed up. Green Pan's griddles are amazing to cook with & just as amazing to easily clean. And you won't have to worry about eating part of your cooking instruments!

Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.
