Quality induction pan but the handles aren’t very comfortable to hold. It’s difficult to pour food out — I have to use both hands instead of having one hand on the handle and another holding the spatula. I’d recommend redesigning the handles for easy pouring and comfortable holding.

These pans are a pleasure to cook with and super easy to clean. Above all, they are non-toxic while also non-stick. I searched and researched to find pans that would be healthy for my family but at the same time easy to manage. These fit those criteria perfectly.

These pans are a great improvement over teflon or other nonstick pans I have owned. Eggs easily slide in the pan. I got the 8", 9.5", and 11" frying pans. At first I missed the size of my old 10" and 12" pans, but I quickly adjusted to the slightly smaller sizes. I use an induction range and found that the 9.5" pan does not work on the same burner that my former 10" pan did. But it works wonderfully on the slightly smaller burner without a hitch. The handles are very comfortable to hold, no potholder needed. The pans themselves are lighter than the ones they replaced. I have not yet used them in the oven, but I expect they will do fine.

This is a fantastic pan. I have a couple of other Valencia Pro frypans and I really love all of them, the entire line is top notch, but this one in particular is my favorite. The fact that it's oven-safe makes it really easy to do single-pan meals in it that can go straight from the stove into the oven to do stuff like melt fresh mozzarella on top of a pasta dish. All-around great pan, and it's easy to clean even when I'm lazy and leave it sitting until the next day. I'm slowly working on replacing all of the pans in my kitchen with Valencia Pro stuff.

We are new to Induction cooking and wanted a griddle/skittle that could manage pancakes using the synced two burners on our new Monogram cooktop. This skillet is the perfect size for about 8-10 pancakes. It cleaned easily and fits perfectly in the cabinet.

I recently puchased a set of the Performance Pro ceramic non stick pans. Almost immediately the pans started chinpping on the rims. I contacated customer service and they said that chipping is normal and the pan is safe to use. I did not have an issue with the safety. However, I do feel that Greenpan's marketing is misleading and that they should alert their potential buyers that there is a probability of chipping on the rims. I do use the pan protectors that they provided when I bought the set. I am very disappointed with my purchase

Very very happy with these pans!!! I was looking for pans without forever chemicals and without completely breaking the bank, and these are awesome. We use them on our induction stove. After learning more about forever chemicals, I got rid of all of our pans since I did not know what was in them. These work very well and now I’m not worried about getting chemicals into our food through pans.

This is so functional. It's the perfect length to span two eyes on my stove so I can cook many things on it at the same time! At different temps! Who thought of this? Smash burgers on one end while toasting buns on the other, or searing mushrooms and onions, or 12 pancakes at a time, or anything...everything. That's convenient. Add healthy, nonstick surface and easy cleanup, and this a winner. This is a must for families. I love it!

Easily fits over both burners on my gas stove which helps when cooking for a family. The non stick ability enables less use of oil/butter when making pancakes and other foods. Easily wipe off any excess oils between cooking food items with a paper towel.

This griddle is sturdy and very easy to clean. Its surface is bigger than our previous one, and it heats evenly so pancakes, french toast, and quesadilla all come hot off the griddle looking delicious. We haven't used it for anything else yet, but it works like a charm.
