[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the past few years I've been trying to replace out my cookware with more healthy non-toxic non-stick options. I've bought a few different brands here and there to test which brand I really want to invest in. The Original Green Pan has been, hands down, the best investment. I have found that with some brands, when you heat the pans to hot, they turn brown and basically have an horrible aftertaste after that. It's like throwing money away. Green Pan has the best diversity. The pots and pans can go in the oven too! I can cook on the stove top and finish off inside the oven without a worry. The heat dispersement is really nice on these. They cook evenly every time! You can even use metal utensils to cook with!! Theres no toxic fumes or off gassing when you cook. Its a ceramic coating that originates from sand, so no PFAS, Lead or PFOA's to worry about. I have little kids so this is always a top priority. I also like that the nonstick coating has been third party tested and certified by the Swiss government, and they're incredibly picky about food standards. I love this cookware company and I'm officially done testing out what ones I want to invest in. I'm all in on The Green Pan! Highly recommend!!

My mother in law always raved about making pancakes on hers so I decided to try it out. The non stick surface is so easy to cook on and the cleanup is a breeze. It’s so nice being able to cook without worrying about burning oil. I love that this pan heats up evenly and it’s very sturdy and durable.

I love the little egg holders, it helps you make THE PERFECT sunny side up egg! It is a lot of fun. The pan is non stick and I don't even use oil or butter. Very happy with this.

It's been smooth cookin' with these on the stovetop, whether it's eggs and sausage patties in the morning or a stir-fry for dinner. They are a very attractive blue, and they conduct heat beautifully. The non-stick performance was incredible, to the point where I genuinely get excited to go cook in the kitchen with them, especially things like fried-eggs which really need a good pan. Cleanup is easy, just a little dish soap and a soft dish scrubber and everything comes right off. These have been so much fun to use, and I'm excited to keep cooking on them for years to come.

Matches my updated kitchen. These are the best. Non stick. Cooking has never been more enjoyable. They heat and cook perfectly and evenly. Lightweight and the perfect sizes. The handle also doesn't get hot when cooking. Easy to clean. I am very impressed and happy with this set. I have already recommended to my family and friends and now to you. You will love cooking again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this set! The pan heats up quickly. Much quicker than my other regular pans. The spatula is great too. I find the egg molds kind of pointless. But they do make perfectly round eggs. To me it’s just another thing to clean. I guess it’s good for a sandwich though. I have also made scrambled eggs and the pan was so easy to clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are excellent frypans. I am not a particularly great cook but these frypans make cooking easy. For example, when I have made eggs in them, whether an omelette or sunny side up eggs, they have cooked evenly with no sticking at all. Also, I love that there is no harmful Teflon in them. To get the best performance out of them, I cook low and slow on a lower heat. I hand wash them which is super easy since nothing sticks to them so it’s a quick soapy once over then rinse. Overall, these are really quality frypans and the nicest I have have ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just made the best looking pancakes that I have made in a very long time. It is all help to the GreenPan - Valencia 11" Square Griddle. That pan is amazing!. It is the perfect size and shape to make pancakes and even a beautiful sandwich. The 11" size really helps with that. There is enough room to create delicious masterpieces and when you are done it is super easy yo clean and put away. If you like to cook and have things turn out perfect due to the heat conduction - give it a try. It is great.

We loved our original ceramic Green Pan set of 3, but had to upgrade to Valencia Pro when we got an induction range. These are equally great. My husband loves them and they are super easy to keep clean and looking like new. They are non-stick without harmful coatings. My daughter gets our first set, which still look like new. I highly recommend Green Pan Valencia Pro.

Overall, the interior of the pan is fine. After one use I was surprised to find some of the non-stick already coming of the rim. My biggest complaint are the handles of the pan. Unlike the other collections, these handles are not heat resistant. It sort of defeats the purpose of having handles if you can’t even touch them while cooking. I have gotten several burns on my fingers from the handles. Whomever designed this pan, why would you make the handles heat resistant on the other collections, but not this one? Bad design.
