Not only does is make amazing eggs among other things but I tested making crepes and as they normally come terrible with my other pans but with this one they came out perfect. Easy to clean this. I’ve used this pan almost every day for the past couple weeks and it still looks brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the best cook, but these made me want to cook more! They're heavy, but not overly so. Extremely durable! The non stick surface is so nice. The pans had a smaller and larger size, which is really all I use and need anyway. I was most impressed by the flat bottoms. Not only were they "rough" and not slippery, but since they were flat and textured they stayed put AND heated up faster, and more evenly. Usually pans have curved edges and the food in the center cooks first and faster, but these have a flatter surface area. I loved.how they came with a little "care" booklet, showing how to use and best care for these pans. Shown in the photo below is the large pan, and a sticker that came fastened to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't put into words how much I love the Valencia Pro Incredible Egg Set. In our house, we cook eggs A LOT. We've recently been in an avocado toast and breakfast sandwich phase, and I couldn't have gotten this pan at a better time. It's non-stick, easy to clean, and comes with the pan itself, a lid, a spatula, and two egg rings. I'm a big fan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a new griddle so I picked up this Green Pan,Valencia 11” Square Griddle. My first observation was that this griddle was well built. Sturdy, but not too heavy. The surface texture was nice and it has a great handle that fits your hand well. It works great!! Scrambled eggs were perfect. No sticking or scratching even though I used a metal spatula. I then made my granddaughter pancakes which turned out perfect. Clean up was a breeze! Basically wiped it off with a paper towel. It was as easy as that!! If your kitchen needs a good additional griddle, I highly recommend this product. It’s super!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pan works great and I have not had anything stick to it yet with many uses so far. The egg set though could be better. I think due to the flemsiness of it, the egg likes to run underneath and does not really leave the egg fully in a circle. But with that being minimal, the pan makes up for it in nonstick abilities.

I bought this for my new induction range which has a bridge option to heat a griddle. This is the perfect size and has all the great features of ceramic Green Pan. It heats very evenly, is the perfect weight and is non-stick. It cleans up very easily and is equally useful in my convection oven. My husband and I think the pan is a perfect design.

I have the 10 inch and 12 inch frying pans and have used them everyday since getting them. Super easy to use, clean, care for & enjoy your meals.
