nice quality but use requires new cooking skills. Cooks food very quickly, requires lower temperatures, great for sauces. Still adjusting but pleased with the pans which were a gift.

I already love my other GreenPan pots and pans because they are nonstick, healthy, and induction-compatible. This is a great size and shape for pancakes and french toast.

Both practical and beautiful in my kitchen! Love the Performance Pro set! Wish it came with lids for the skillets.

Replaces our Cuisinart griddle which was sticky and warped after years of use. The Green Pan griddle is fabulous! We also have a Green Pan skillet.

This surface is so slick food just won’t stick. And clean up is a dream. Why didn’t I get this sooner?
