Excellent product: Safe, reliable, performs as represented; after much research, having experienced similar products and been dissatisfied, this product after 10 uses, appears to be a keeper.

so far this is working great! but I will wait and see how long it lasts, since one previous non-stick already started to lose the coating which is very disappointing.

Replaces our Cuisinart griddle which was sticky and warped after years of use. The Green Pan griddle is fabulous! We also have a Green Pan skillet.
