Since receiving this set, my wife and I have used at least one or two pieces daily and we continue to be impressed by its quality, performance and ease of cleaning!

So far, the pan works great. I've cooked both eggs and fish on it with great results - absolutely no sticking at all if you use a little bit of oil in the pan, as the directions suggest. Washing it is super easy, too.

Was looking for a griddle to use on my flat top glass stove. The bottom is smooth and the heat conduction across it is excellent. I wasn't sure about the deep edge on it, but it keeps the food on the griddle and allows for more versatility.

I bought a three piece pan set. The coating is very well done in the inside of the pans however I've started to notice that the bottom coating is starting to wear off and the pans are only a month old.

I already love my other GreenPan pots and pans because they are nonstick, healthy, and induction-compatible. This is a great size and shape for pancakes and french toast.

I bought this set of cookware for my granddaughter who is a newlywed. I have some Green Pan skillets and pans that I use almost everyday. I know the quality is exceptional.

nice quality but use requires new cooking skills. Cooks food very quickly, requires lower temperatures, great for sauces. Still adjusting but pleased with the pans which were a gift.

Pans heat quickly and evenly. They clean up very easily. Even though they are dishwasher safe, they clean so easily I just clean them by hand. The non-stick feature works very well.

I LOVE this cookware. It is so fun to use and the cleanup is super easy. I wanted healthier cookware, but never expected it to completely change my cooking experience!!
