Very dry, leathery texture. Taste is very bland with soapy, stevia-related taste and very severe, long-lived bitter stevia aftertaste. This product has a high stevia glycoside content and I find it utterly unpalatable. No doubt the worst beef jerky I've ever had. Strongly urge you to avoid this if you don't care for the taste of stevia sweetener products.

This is the best tasting jerky I have ever eaten. This says "original" and "Zero Sugar" on the bag, but the flavor is "sweet and tender" I cannot find it anywhere other than Sam's or Walmart. I have eaten the plain, Zero Sugar, Original jerky before and it was okay. But after eating the Sweet and Tender/No Sugar, I went back and bought 5 more bags from Sam's club. I hope they are not discontinuing it, because I am totally addicted to this stuff. If you have the chance, pick up the bag and try it. YOU MUST REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING.

The concept is present, and the spice blend is superb, but please remove the steviol glycosides. The sweetness is noticeably fake. The beef is tender, and I prefer it over JackLinks If you must keep the sweetness, reduce it by 50%, so the spice blend can have its chance to shine. Overall, a great concept with poor execution.

I wish they would have skipped trying to give it any sweetness at all. I should have assumed it would have a very substitute sugar flavor, but it was just not good to me. I won't end up eating it all, but I am glad to see the attempt at keto stuff. 3 stars for the effort and for making some people happy.

Taste like dog treats and grows MOLD (NEVER happened with any other brand or flavor in my life) within days of opening (for the record, my house is kept at a humidity level of no greater than 50%)... i suggest you refrigerate this after breaking seal... and don't be fooled by that zero sugar sales pitch, the replacement is worse for your health

Its hard to find any without a lot of added sugar/brown sugar. These were suprisinglydelicious.
