Support for my back and hips is perfect, not too firm and not too soft. I suffer from severe pain in those joints and this helps a lot. The material of the mattress itself is high quality and, although I’ve had this for just about a couple weeks, I can tell that it will last.

The mattress is so comfortable - a perfect balance of firmness and support. I highly recommend the five star mattress in a box by Serta for comfort, ease, and value!

I thought I must’ve been sent the wrong size. Wrong to prejudge! As soon as I took it out of box and cut through the plastic it inflated into a beautiful Queen, very firm mattress. It is a miracle. The mattress is high quality, very comfortable. We love it. It comes in different firmness levels….we love a firm mattress and this one didn’t disappoint in any category. I also appreciate the material and color/quality of the mattress material. I’ve bought more expensive mattresses that were not this good. I will also add I’m extremely picky/discerning and am beyond impressed with this mattress! Well-done, Serta!

I have been getting the greatest sleep of my life from this queen sized mattress that arrived in a relatively small box! The set up was incredibly easy, we laid the rolled up mattress onto the box spring cut it open and within minutes it was fully in place and ready for use. I chose the firm mattress and I am so pleased with the level of support and comfort it provides, no more tossing and turning all night. The mattress fabric is both sturdy and soft. My favorite thing about this mattress is that the temperature stays consistent and comfortable throughout the night, I no longer am waking up and discarding blankets because I’m hot. I am so thoroughly impressed by this mattress from SERTA and will be recommending it to everyone who is in need of a great nights sleep! Highly, Highly Recommended! Thank You SERTA & Influencer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of my thoughts on this mattress (I was initially hesitant to choose a boxed mattress) are that it is soft, perfect for a back sleeper or stomach. There is no indentation so far. It was easy to unpack and unfold. It really fluffed up quickly. I feel that this will be a very durable mattress, but probably not long lasting. It also is not so good for someone with who has issues with their hips while sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really comfortable! The one I tried is firm and it feels very nice to sleep on. It did not make my back hurt at all. I’m really happy with it! I do wish there were straps on the sides. That would have made it much easier to get into place. Without straps there isn’t really anything to hold onto when you try to move the mattress. It’s amazing how this big mattress fit into the box that was delivered to my home! It was a very heavy box, again without handles so not the easiest to move, but still a whole queen size mattress was inside which is very remarkable in my opinion.

It’s not as soft as my other mattress so I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. To be fair, I’ve had my old mattress for longer than I’d like to admit so I’m used to that particular mattress and it will take longer than a couple weeks to get used to. It is very comfortable though and the mattress itself is very cool, the gel foam is supposed to promote airflow and dissipate heat I’d say it does that pretty well.

It’s very durable but can be a bit to much soft! Not bad at all! Definitely comfortable as well! I would get this again but if it’s a bit more firm! And I never seen something like how it came in the package! Great packaging! It was a thick one as well! Was not expecting it!
