The non stick works as advertised and seems durable over the last couple weeks. Another great feature is that the handle stays cool to the touch. Clean up is easy. Like I said it is a very nice pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans have made cooking much easier since getting them. Truly as advertised on their packaging they are non stick. I only use just a little bit of oil in the pan before cooking anything. Nothing I have cooked in there so far has stuck, even burnt cheese has slid right off the pans. Being able to use less oil and less butter has been great especially since I am trying to eat healthier. Also I am glad that the ceramic nonstick coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium! Besides it just being overall healthier it’s honestly easier to cook with. They heat so well on any type of stove top, they are oven and metal utensil safe, and very scratch resistant. It is so nice to start a dinner on the stove top and be able to throw the pan right in the oven to finish the cooking without getting another pan or dish dirty. Besides the functionality of them they are just pretty! They are such a pretty color with a nice sparkle shimmer to them. Honestly I would recommend this to anyone looking for new pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GreenPan Valencia nonstick fry pans are the best pans I've ever owned. I've had quite a few nonstick pans in my time but none that compares to these. They cook excellent on med low heat frying a steak like it was on med high. I didn't have to use but a little butter. Absolutely nothing stuck to the pan and the food slid right out. All that was required to clean up was a quick wipe out with a soapy rag.

We cook 7 days a week at our house and use these all the time day in and day out. We have other pans that are not nonstick, but have replaced any non-stick cookware with Green Pans, we are sold on this product.

It is also such a good sized pan especially if you are cooking for a larger group of people. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes to cook or just hates scrubbing dishes.

I have fried hamburgers and eggs equally as well in this pan.It's heavy duty and of great quality. I really like it!

This pan heats and cooks your food evenly without the burning. I definitely recommend this frying pan to anyone who loves cooking. I will be buying a set of these pans they are that good.
