[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Green Pan Valencia Frypan is absolutely wonderful! I cook six days a week and love hosting at my house so this pan gets A LOT of use. The pan heats up beautifully and doesn't burn, it's very durable! Not to mention is a very big size so I can easily make a big meal in one pan. The pan cleans very simple usually with just a wipe of a cloth! The non-stick is also very wonderful on this pan. I highly recommend the Valencia Frypan to everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had plenty of non-stick and ceremonies pans over the years but this one is my all-time favorite. The ceremony coating is super non-stick and so tough you can use metal utensils on it without damaging. It is free of toxic PFOAs and POAs. I use it on a gas cooktop and it takes much less time and less gas to get really hot since it conducts heat so well. I’m can cook almost anything on low or medium instead of cranking up the flame. The Green Pan’s metal handle doesn’t get too hot to touch on the stovetop and the pan is shaped a lot like a wok so hand tossing the contents in the pan works very well. While it is dishwasher safe, I’m going to be cleaning this gem by hand so it’ll last forever.

I am very happy with this Frying Pan. The pan is made very good and is heavy, which is what I like; I don't care for thin, light pans. They do not last ling and also burn things.

I tried cooking everything in this pan like egg, fish, shrimp, pork, beef, spam, corned beef and vegetables.. And yeah Im happy with this pan coz it really didn't stick compare to my other pans and plus it is so easy to clean and wash.. Im just hoping that it will stay this way like non stick even if gets old bcoz i have had some pans that did a great job like non stick when still new but after few months it became a disaster when you use.. Some that i want to cook in my old pans sticks there just like egg, spam, shrimp, meat and rice when i want to make fried rice so I need to use different pan.

It is amazing it cooks my food evenly and distributes heat evenly all the way through and I have washed it many times already because it became my most used pan! I love that nothing sticks, it’s always easy to clean my only regret is I don’t have more of these. I will definitely be looking to add another one just like it real soon! I have to say this would get a five star from me!

It's made from hard-anodized aluminum and has a thicker, heavier base/bottom, which allows even cooking across the pan. The handle is riveted on, so you never have to worry about separation - no matter how much you use it. The non-stick coating is amazing. Everything comes right out without any residue left behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Valencia Pro fry pan is well constructed, heavy and solid, and holds up well for our needs. We use other anodized pots and pans and are quite familiar with using anodized kitchenware. Ceramic though is new for us. We have the rare non-stick pan in our house and we keep worrying about the dangers of the nonstick material coming off. This is our first try with ceramic pans and a move away from non-stick pans. So far, we have used it to make pancakes, curries, and many other foods without issues. While it is early days, the results hold up. No issues with cleaning as well....nothing stuck to clean other than wash out the pan! Overall, works as promised. Solid product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is beautiful and sized very nicely. It works on our induction cooktop and so far has worked very well for everything we've tried. The instructions do warn of many things to avoid though. It washes easy and so far has no sign of wear.
