This pan is truly nonstick. With only a few drops of oil and a medium temp food cooks evenly. Best pan I've owned in 40 yrs.

Theses pans are amazing, they cook evenly and clean up quickly. They are solid but light weight. Great set!

The pans are great but need to be thicker to accommodate induction ranges as the current pans dome up in the middle even on low settings
