Really excellent non sticky pan. Even the size is perfect for us, not too big not too small. I cook lots of vegetables and can see that the heat distributes evenly through out every part of the pan.

We are extremely satisfied with this pan. Cooking really is faster than with our old pan. The coating is a dream to clean. This item really does live up to the description. So glad we chose it.

I have been revamping my pans to non toxic non stick pans. I bought this specifically for my Moms Manicotti recipe. This pan really is nonstick. I LOVE it!!

First few uses were really good. Perfect non stick qualities and heat properties. So far no chips on the pretty paint either, even after some rougher use when storing in the cabinet. Only time will tell how long the non stick stays non stick though.

I needed to replace my 8" frypan and it was a no brainer. Had to go with the Valencia Pro Ceramic. I use the lid off of another GreenPan pan so If you can get this one with the lid. It makes my omelets cook faster and fluffier!

FYI: These pans will develop chips after light use. These chips are not covered by the warranty. Greenpan states this is normal wear and tear and is common.

We were cautiously optimistic about trying this pan. We have another brand's ceramic line and it's awful. We are so THRILLED with our Valencia 11" frying pan! We will definitely be adding to our collection!

Just perfect! Heats up easily at low to medium heat. I have the right pan size for cooking breakfast meals like pancakes, eggs, hotdogs. Also uses minimal oil so frying is a lot healthier now!

Buyer beware. I was so excited to try these pans and let go of Teflon, but I can't even fry an egg with these pans -- no matter how much butter or oil I use. Everything sticks to these "nonstick" pans.

Feeling good to finally find a pan that works like a non-stick pan without the harmful effects! Works great clean up is a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be rid of toxic pans in their kitchen.
