LOVE these pans. I researched many brands of nonstick pans, then I researched more even within the Greenpan models. I could not be happier with the Valencia Pro. They heat and clean beautifully, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

After five years of use my previous frypan just kept getting less and less non-stick. It got to the point where I just quit using it, so I bought this pan. I love it.

My husband decided he he would perfect his egg making skills! Our Green Pan is perfect for creating omelets and all forms of egg cookery! It’s easy to clean as well! We were so pleased with the results we purchased a set for our daughter in law!

Pan appears fine after a handful of uses, which is why the rating is "average". Shipping was another story. From order to arrival: 23 days. I believe someone on a cross-country bicycle race was drafted and carried the pan in a backpack.

so far this is working great! but I will wait and see how long it lasts, since one previous non-stick already started to lose the coating which is very disappointing.
