I love my Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick pans. It makes for easy cleaning as food does not stick to pan. It is healthier as I don’t need to use a lot of butter or oil to keep food from sticking. The pans have good handles with an easy grip

so far this is working great! but I will wait and see how long it lasts, since one previous non-stick already started to lose the coating which is very disappointing.

I am so impressed by the non-stick quality of these pans. I had put off buying non-stick pans for years because of concerns about my family's safety, but I am so glad to have these as part of my kitchen now.

Love mine!! They cook evenly and clean up so easily. The non stick works great!! My eggs slide right out. I usually can just wipe out with a paper towel and it's ready to go for the next item.

I love this pan so much I bought a second one for my son. It cooks evenly and efficiently and looks beautiful on the table. It also cleans quickly and easily.

I don't like to rate nonstick pans for at least a year, all pans are nonstick when they are new. I love the heat distribution and searing quality, the best searing pan I've ever owned. No complaints here.

These pans don't perform very well on induction cooktops. It take several minutes on a really high heat setting to begin to get hot. I'm going back to Allclad pans.

Heavy, solid constructions with a super non-stick surface. I tried to fry and egg without any oil and it actually worked. I like the fact that the coating is non-toxic and better for the environment.

I couldn’t be happier with these pans! They are much lighter weight than I expected and the nonstick is great! It is completely nonstick!I have used them in the oven without a worry. I will be buying more pans for sure!
