I have to use little bit oil on this non stick pan to cook food. This pan is pretty good size so it's perfect for cooking for few people. I love it and recommend to others.

It has a great smooth non stick surface. You must use butter or oil though. Haven't had one scratch on it. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic frying pan! It’s got a nice smooth non stick coating inside and the ceramic exterior is durable and well made! This isn’t too heavy yet feels secure and not chincy. It’s very easy to wash and does say it’s best to hand wash but it is dishwasher safe in a pinch which is nice! Offers a great consistent heat base as well which is what we obviously would like and it gets the job done!

The pan is very good looking too, it's gray on the inside and out. The only negative is that the pan takes up a lot of space to store. I highly recommend this product.

I have had cheese melt on it and I could pull it right off. I only need to use butter or oil for flavor. It cooks evenly and l far exceeded expectations

I needed a bigger skillet so I got the 12” Original Green Pan Frypan from the Valencia Collection. This skillet is the perfect size for frying. It’s Armored Body consists of a reinforced interior technology for maximum strength and is scratch resistant. You can use metal utensils on this Frypan but I prefer not to. The Ceramic Nonstick is free from PFAs, PFOA, lead and Cadmium. It’s oven, broiler and dishwasher safe. The base of this frypan is made with a unique magnetic induction to guarantee excellent heat transfer on all stove tops. This Green Pan skillet heats really quickly so I cook on low to medium heat. I really love this Green Pan skillet and do recommend Green Pan products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best non-stick pan I have ever used. I really enjoy cooking and have pans from different brands, and this is by far my new favorite. I have “non-stick” pans, but this one really tops the cake. My food literally slides without me having to add oil or butter to the pan. Not only that, but it heats up evenly too. My food is now cooking at the same rate when the entire pan is filled. I have used plastic and metal utensils and it has zero scratch marks. I love that it is oven safe; it makes for less clean up since I don’t have to transfer the food. But what makes for an even better clean up is that it is dishwasher safe! Most of my pans are hand wash only so this is a treat for me. I also really like that the handle doesn’t get hot when the pan is cooking on the stove. This one is 12 inches and a great size. I would love to slowly start purchasing more pans from this set, starting with the sauté pan next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan was awesome! My eggs didn’t stick, they came out perfectly round due to the molds and they didn’t take long at all! I loved the ease of cleaning this too! It’s expensive but it’s definitely worth the price!
