This pan heats and cooks your food evenly without the burning. I definitely recommend this frying pan to anyone who loves cooking. I will be buying a set of these pans they are that good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've ben using this pan every morning for my eggs, and its probably the best pan I've ever used for it! The pan heats extremely evenly, so there are never any burned portions of the eggs, and I don't have to use any additional oil because the nonstick coating is so effective. I love it!

I recently received this pan as a gift and therefore I’ve only used it for a short while. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of cooking with it and especially like how easy it is to clean. I like using EVOO especially when sautéing vegetables. Contrary to some reviews I have read, I did not experience the oil staying on the outside edges of the pan. In fact, I thought the oil itself was evenly distributed in the pan. I have also read some reviews where burning or food sticking to the pan was a problem. I can only guess that maybe this was a result of cooking on a high flame. Fortunately, I have not experienced this either. I do cook at medium to low heat on a gas burner which may be the reason why. I am really looking forward to using the pan in the oven since I currently do not have a pan that is oven safe. At this point, I would definitely recommend this pan to anyone looking for a healthy, well-built pan that cleans up effortlessly!

This Original Valencia 12" frypan is made with a durable non-stick ceramic coating. No more having to scrub to remove stuck on foods! I was amazed the first time I used this pan last weekend to make breakfast. The eggs and bacon cooked perfect, and it was so easy to clean after. This fry pan is both oven and dishwasher safe, scratch resistant to metal utensils, which is a big plus as I don't always have a plastic nylon kitchen utensil ready to use. I can see this pan holding up for years with its quality and durability!

So far I've toasted bread, fried eggs, seared chicken, and made sauces in this pan all super easily and with great results and easy clean up. This pan is really non-stick and has had no trouble frying eggs. It's pretty large, so you can cook just about anything. It also looks great on the stove! Since it's non-stick, its really easy to clean as well. Nothing bad to say, love this pan!

The Valencia FryPan cooked evenly and there was no sticking nor burning of the food. Large cooking area and easy cleanup. I plan on added to the collection. Wife has given me FryDaddy status.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan works great for our short term rental and all our renters have told us they loved the brand, so we bought 4 pans more to make sure we had backups in case something happens to the others! The non-stick surface is better than any standard off-brand pan you can by off the shelf, easily. Make sure to use soft utensils though so you don’t chip up the surface.

Definately was non-stick and distributed the heat like a thicker pan. Great for larger breakfast or pancakes or for a stir fry. With a little butter or oil and this pan is extremely non stick.

The nonstickiness is amazing, I fry eggs, steaks and the stickiness of sticky noodles and everything came out not burnt! I barely have to use oil beforehand and it’s great as I’m trying to cut back on eating too much oil. The size of the pan is generous and I can easily stir fry plenty of veggies, and everyone’s steaks in one go. The look of the pan is also quite pleasing, you can tell it’s high quality.
