When I first got the pan I didn't want to use it because it's just so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this is to anyone looking for a ergonomic pan that functions well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be one of the best omelet pans I have used. The non-stick works perfectly and the heat conduction is fantastic as well. The rivets that hold the handle on do get a little annoying when cleaning but I find this to be the case with pretty much any pan I have used.

Great for using for an egg for breakfast, even on low or medium it fries my egg to perfect temperature. I've used it to prepare veggies for my homemade soup. It's just a wonderful addition to my kitchen.

I had gotten so used to using a pan and then needing to let it soak in soap and water in my sink for so long that I stopped cooking as often as I would like. I use this almost everyday now!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pan I've ever used. Nothing sticks to it, not even gooey, melted cheesy goodness. This is the first nonstick I've also been able to use in the oven, and cleaning up is easy and quick. I also love that you can use metal utensils without scratching it up and ruining the nonstick finish, as that is what ultimately happens to all of my nonstick pans. One less thing to worry about when you have visitors who like to "help out" and cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pan. Out of the box it was a lot bigger than I was expecting it to be, which isn't a bad thing. I love the design and that this skillet can also be used in the oven. The suggestions for this product stated that the stove should be set to a low-medium heat to avoid burning the food. I followed the suggestion, and though this setting did work for me, the skillet seemed to take a bit of time to heat up. I am assuming that the skillet is heating up evenly which is why it takes so long to heat up. At times I did feel like I needed to bump the heat up a little because I was cooking fish fillets and it seemed to take forever for them to cook. Since this skillet recommends butter or oil for cooking I used butter. When I buttered the skillet I loved how smooth the butter melted and how it never burned. The slow, even cooking of the skillet brought out amazing aromas from my seasoned fish fillets. My house smelled amazing and did not smell like burnt butter as I was expecting. The butter never stuck to the bottom of the pan and neither did the fish. After allowing the pan to cool as indicated, washing it was a breeze. All of the butter/fish remnants just fell on with water alone before soap was added. I used this pan a few times after with different meats and each time I was impressed. I will say that because this skillet has a metal handle, so it can be easy to burn yourself while cooking on the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We cook a lot so will only go for the non stick pans. This is a great size and the non stick part is so nice to fry eggs make sauce or other helpful cooking techniques. Highly recommend for those learning to cook to make it easy too
