[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've fallen in love with ceramic non-stick pans as they are very easy to care for and are incredibly non- stick. You can use metal utensils on this one without scratching and it is dishwasher safe although they encourage hand washing for longer life. As nothing sticks to it they are very easy to wash out. This pan is certainly heavier than most of this kind and retains heat better than most when you add food. The handle stays cool too which is another important plus. It also works on induction ranges if you have one which most ceramic pans do not. A great pan for the money.

I have used the heck outa this thing and if anything it's improved my cooking cause it's really hard to burn something in it! Last night I did NY steaks and they were perfect! I don't use metal utensils so can't speak to that, but it has cooked beautifully with just a little oil or butter. Meats with a little fat haven't used any oil or butter and they still slide right out! So impressed I'm giving them for Christmas lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skillet looks great and feels sturdy without being too heavy. l love the non stick coating and how the food slides right out of the pan after its cooked! Easy to clean and low maintenance since you can put it in the dishwasher and even use metal utensils with it. The pan heats up quickly and cooks the food evenly. It’s a great all around skillet.

The non-stick surface makes cooking and cleaning simple and efficient. We are a family of five so another bonus is that it's on the larger side. I've used it to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner items and it's by far my favorite frying pan to date. It's also beautiful in design. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan lives up to the claim. Follow the instructions - preheat on medium for 90 sec and use some oil. Nothing will stick to the pan! Eggs will slide right onto the plate. It's a good size - not too big, not too small.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan works great for our short term rental and all our renters have told us they loved the brand, so we bought 4 pans more to make sure we had backups in case something happens to the others! The non-stick surface is better than any standard off-brand pan you can by off the shelf, easily. Make sure to use soft utensils though so you don’t chip up the surface.

There are a few chips out of the coating on the top edge so I'm not sure how durable the coating is going to be. It defiantly has good heat conductivity as I don't need to have the heat as high as I do on my other pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this Pan I was so surprised of how good it works on just about anything you cook in it from Omelettes,Steaks,Grilled chicken,I even tried to test it more by cooking Oatmeal and grits in it and it never stocked,I am totally amazed and I need more Pans made just Like this The Green Pan Is Totally Awesome! The Performance this Pan is superb and I sure will tell my family and friends about this Green Pan and let them see how good it cooks and how great the food taste cooking out of it also.
