[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is perfect for making pancakes, eggs, and grilled cheese! All 3 of my favorite things! Just a little bit of oil or oil based butter to warm up the pan and put the food on there to begin the cooking! It leaves a great flavor each time.

I don't use this pan very often, and I've had it for two years. And it is no longer nonstick. I let it cool before washing, wash with sponge only (no abrasives, and dry it immediately. And it's no longer nonstick. This is a lot to spend on a pan that I have to replace every two years anyway.

I don’t typically write reviews but was compelled to do so for this product. I’ve been on induction for 5 years and although my tri-ply pans are great it is difficult to find a quality non stick induction pan. I decided to try the Valencia and am so glad I did. They are VERY responsive — heat up quickly and I actually cook on a lower temperature. Clean up with a sponge as directed. They can go in the dishwasher but I prefer to hand wash because it is so quick and easy. For induction users these are worth every penny. Highly recommend. Exceptional quality and love that they are Green!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Pro - Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 10" Frypan. It is the only pan I use to cook eggs in now. It heats evenly and the eggs just don't stick! This pan is made of high grade metals and is very durable.

No issues at all with sticking and the pan is super easy to clean. I really liked the Magneto base and the heat distribution of the pan. Overall a very good everyday pan.

The pan heats very quickly on our gas stove and is perfect for eggs in the morning. Well made and seems very durable. Great alternative to many of the traditional nonstick coated pans.

The first time i used them i noticed how fast and evenly they heated up and NOTHING sticks to them!! i mean NOTHING!! Cleanup is so easy because they go straight into the dishwasher with no rinsing needed. they have a really hard ceramic coating and are safe to use in the oven too which makes them really versatile. i use the pans every day to make omelettes or scrambled eggs for breakfast and everything just slides right out. They are by far the best performing non stick frying pans ive ever used and the inside surface has stayed beautiful and unblemished which is also a huge plus compared to non stick pans ive used in the past.

It lasts forever and you genuinely don't need sprays or butters to prep with. You can just cook right in it and everything slides right out. It's insane. I've used many nonstick pans, and none can even come close to performing how well this pan does. It's also super lightweight, so it's super easy to handle.

But am finding that every one of its features is incredible. It is super durable. I do not have to worry about my kids accidentally scratching the pan since it is scratch resistant and trust me we have put it to the test. It does not scratch. I love that it is a bit deeper than most pans its size, making it easy to cook anything I want in it. I have used it to cook so many things and find it cooks everything amazingly well.
