It's so big I can fit 5 hamburgers in it and they all cook evenly! The whole pan remains the same temp. Interested if getting hot spots I end up with the best food and I don't have to worry about it sticking to the pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant rave enough about the Valencia pro 12in frypan from Green Pan. I have tried many types of cookware before but haven't found one better than these. They dont scratch, they are completely nonstick and they clean up very easily. Its heavy duty for all kinds of cooking and heats evenly without using a high temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Valencia Frypan. I was excited to use it. The frypan is alot bigger and heavier than i was expecting. I like that the sides are higher on this fry pan, cutting back on grease spatter. I've used for a variety of different meals from steak to stir fry and all turned out perfect. I've used to finish cooking chicken, steak in the oven and used to keep food warm and worked perfectly. The pan holds heat and cooks evenly. The scratch resistant , hard anodized surface is great you can use metal utensils, but personally I use non metal mostly wood. It's also free of PFAs and PFOAs and dish washer safe. I've also used to cook my spaghetti sauce, the nonstick surface worked great did not stain the pan. Overall this pan is a great addition it's high quality, durable, scratch resistant, free of harmful metals, dishwasher safe holds pan heat,. Cooks evenly. I would really love having the whole set. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

So far I've toasted bread, fried eggs, seared chicken, and made sauces in this pan all super easily and with great results and easy clean up. This pan is really non-stick and has had no trouble frying eggs. It's pretty large, so you can cook just about anything. It also looks great on the stove! Since it's non-stick, its really easy to clean as well. Nothing bad to say, love this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are good quality. They are truly nonstick. But be forwarned you do have to take specific steps with pans. Like always using oil or butter and only soft sponges. It doesn't bother me much because I really like pans and they cook well so far.

Also it doesn’t stick to it at all. Healthy cooking in it! Dishwasher safe! It’s strong and scratch resistant! I bought some for my parents for gifts. They live to cook and this is a great pan! We use it daily and have gotten rid of our other pans. The food even taste better than our other pans. And it’s lightweight.

I took this one to our lake house because we frequently do scrambled eggs, bacon, omelets etc. All of the cooking breakfast kind of stuff, (sometimes fish). This is perfect size for the family. We are feeding 4 kids and 3 adults and makes plenty of eggs for everyone so it's a great size. It cleans super easy and cooks all the foods evenly. I will continue to cook different items in this and definitely recommend to friends visiting lake with us as it is very good quality. Buy this as you won't regret the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't say enough good things about this pan. This Valencia Frypan is one of the best pans I've ever owned. The handle on the pan is made nice and sturdy and is made not to be hot to touch. Another good item on this pan is its flat edge. I've cooked many items with less splashing of grease at me because of this. The coating on the inside of pan seems so much safer than Teflon. There was no smell at all with any use as you may get with Teflon. I also recommend using soft grip utensils in the pan so you don't risk scratches. This pan cooks everything just perfect. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. I love the Valencia Frypan.
