Finally bought these... Been using all pans I have to make scrambled eggs and a few other things that really just need a really good non-stick pan. I have Calphalon, All-clad stainless, Eva Trio.. etc. I used to have some non-stick but they were just too old and had to get rid of them. Gave up using what I had and got these! YES! They are what I was missing in my collection of pans. Love them!

I had bought this same set after much research in grey but lost them in the California fires. Reordered in blue. Great color. Only downside is you do really have to use a lubricant like oil for optimum nonstick but health trade offs of no toxins released is worth it.

This is our second of the Valencia Pro ceramic pans. The first was the 10” version I purchased about 4 years ago. It is still going strong, the non-stick finish looks/works like when we bought it. So we decided to get the 12” version. Working exactly like the other, so happy. We had also previously bought the Chatham stainless pan. It lasted about 8 years, but not to the quality the Valencia has. I recommend paying the little extra, it’ll be well worth it.

I have been a user of Green band cookware for the past seven years and thoroughly recommended. I just recently bought an induction stove and oven and needed to upgrade my cookware for compatibility so I just bought my second set of green pan and I couldn’t be more happy.

I recently decided to upgrade all of my cookware to non toxic pots and pans. I purchased 3 sizes of the Valencia Pro Ceramic nonstick fry pans from Green Pan as well as a set from AllClad. Honestly I wish I would have purchased all from Green Pan. They are light, so easy to clean and distribute heat evenly. Plus, they look beautiful on my stovetop. I highly recommend them!

I'm thrilled to have bought this Valencia Pro cookware set, it is the best set I've ever owned! Many years ago my husband picked up (probably) one of the very first Green Pan frying pans at our local grocery store. I don't remember the size but it was extremely lightweight (flimsy) and as one could imagine it did contain the toxins PFAS/PFOA. This set is sturdy (no sharp edges), is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, & cadmium, works on any surface including induction (I have a ceramic cooktop), beautiful thick bottom so no rocking or sliding around on the stove. Cooking in them is a dream and being safe and healthy is worth every penny!

This pan is well constructed and feels good in use. The handle is comfortable in hand and the nonstick surface is premium. However, I have detected a cooler spot in the cooking surface which disappoints me-I was cooking bacon. However, the overall pluses outweigh that shortcoming. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I love these pans! I can make fried eggs sunny-side-up, and they just slide beautifully onto the plate. With other pans I was rarely successful in making the smooth transfer from pan to plate, or toast, or whatever was on the plate. The clean up, following Green Pan's recommended steps, is easier than I could ever imagine. The three sizes are excellent for three different quantities. I"m very pleased with this purchase.
