We cook 7 days a week at our house and use these all the time day in and day out. We have other pans that are not nonstick, but have replaced any non-stick cookware with Green Pans, we are sold on this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook dinner atleast 6 days a week and then on the weekends usually breakfast or lunch both days so I do lots of cooking. I usually use a 16" pan but having a little smaller as in this 12" comes in handy. I can fit this pan and multiple others on my burners all at the same time which is a major plus, with my bigger pans I couldn't use all of my burners at the same time like I can with this pan. It's truly non stick and I have had no problems with any food items sticking, it's also super easy to wash I can mainly just wipe clean and we are good to go until the next time I need it. I would have perfered that the pan come with a lid but luckily I had one on hand that fit this perfectly. The look and style of the pan go with everything else I have. The handle does not get hot when cooking which makes this one of my most frequently used pans now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been through several pans over the past 15 years. I love to cook breakfast and I use a pan every day. This pan far exceeds anything I've used in the past. First, nothing sticks to it. I love the way it evenly heats across the entire pan, whether is it over the exact middle of the burner or not. It also doesn't heat too quickly like an aluminum pan, or heat too slowly. The handle stays cool enough to use without a pad, and it can be used in the oven as well. My only challenge is that it can't be washed in the dishwasher. It is worth the effort to hand wash though. This is an outstanding pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've upgraded to this non-stick frying pan and I am very satisfied. It is non-stick, cleans super easily, and has even heat distribution. It works for all range types, including induction (although I haven't yet tested it on an induction stovetop). Highly recommended. I now want a smaller version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Green Pan, albeit the first of this size and in the pure ceramic version. The build quality is the same as we'd expect: sturdy, efficient, and elegant. In terms of heating, I was genuinely surprised in how rapidly this pan heats up WITHOUT gathering any "runaway heat," as I'd call it. It heats rapidly, and yet unlike our cast iron pans, it doesn't seem to OVERheat at all. I'm not sure about the claims that it is metal tool-safe. Using just a spoon, I've already scratched the cooking surface lightly. Not significantly, but scratches are definitely there. On the plus side, it holds up to cleaning well! No grease stains or leftover "gunk" as of so far! A great pan all around. If it met all the advertised/listed features, it would hit five stars, but it's very, VERY close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've fallen in love with ceramic non-stick pans as they are very easy to care for and are incredibly non- stick. You can use metal utensils on this one without scratching and it is dishwasher safe although they encourage hand washing for longer life. As nothing sticks to it they are very easy to wash out. This pan is certainly heavier than most of this kind and retains heat better than most when you add food. The handle stays cool too which is another important plus. It also works on induction ranges if you have one which most ceramic pans do not. A great pan for the money.

I needed a bigger skillet so I got the 12” Original Green Pan Frypan from the Valencia Collection. This skillet is the perfect size for frying. It’s Armored Body consists of a reinforced interior technology for maximum strength and is scratch resistant. You can use metal utensils on this Frypan but I prefer not to. The Ceramic Nonstick is free from PFAs, PFOA, lead and Cadmium. It’s oven, broiler and dishwasher safe. The base of this frypan is made with a unique magnetic induction to guarantee excellent heat transfer on all stove tops. This Green Pan skillet heats really quickly so I cook on low to medium heat. I really love this Green Pan skillet and do recommend Green Pan products.
