[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love with this pan. It is so easy to clean. I love that it's a bit deeper than most so it can handle more food. I'm so impressed that you can put it in the oven. I thought you could only do that with cast iron pans.

Good Afternoon: I purchased three Valencia GreenPan Frypan set just before Christmas of last year. I can tell you that I was impressed with the first few uses, but then, I was quickly disappointed with the pan’s performance as everything was beginning to stick to them (all three). I am very particular with the care of all my Pots, Pans, Knives and for that matter all kitchen items as F&B is my industry. I followed all the instructions as it pertains to care and use, but that did not help. I even use pot and pan felt separators / protectors, so the pans don’t get scratched. I have since removed them from my pot and pan arsenal and they sit in a box in my garage. I am frustrated they did not work as expected., but I guess you get what you paid for. This email is primarily driven to provide feedback from someone that is in the industry of food and beverage and cooks all the time. Sincerely,

It’s really easy to clean with no scrubbing. I’ve even used it in the oven with no problems whatsoever. I absolutely love this pan and use it regularly!

I have fried hamburgers and eggs equally as well in this pan.It's heavy duty and of great quality. I really like it!

It’s made of a hard anodized aluminum material that’s not lightweight nor is it heavy. This pan is free of pfas, pfoa,lead and cadmium. The pan is nonstick and you can use metal utensils without fear of scratching and ruining the nonstick surface. The pan heats up fast and evenly - no hot or cold spots. This pan can be used in the oven and it is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended. This is my favorite pan and I highly recommend it. It makes me feel like a chef in the kitchen

I really love that you can use plastic or metal utensils with the pan and it does not scratch the surface one bit. Awesome pan!!

And the clean up is absolutely amazing due to the non stick surface. I also really enjoy the size; it's perfect for everything from eggs to chicken breast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frypan is hands down my New favorite pan in the cupboard. It heats up fast and even, but it don't dry out. My chicken stayed perfect and juicy. My sautéed mushrooms and veggies were oh my goodness good. This pan is basically NO clean up because nothing sticks or burns. Making Eggs in the morning is such a breeze with this pan they just about flip themselves. You can use Metal utensils! I love it no extra dishes to wash, and no freaking out when someone else is cooking in the kitchen using Metal on your pans. I wish it had a lid but any 12" pot lid does the job. If you are looking for a new frypan look NO more this one is great, it won't disappoint. I have been cooking for many, many years I have used every kinda pan out there and I have never used one quite like this before. I absolutely love it.

As it says with the directions cooking on a lower heat medium to medium high it works great, I did hamburgers in it and they came out perfect. I highly recommend this pan. It's a keeper, two thumbs up
