[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these pans for years. I love that they are ceramic coated and not coated with teflon chemicals. You do need to use a solid type fat with them for cooking (butter, lard, coconut oil, etc) and NOT cooking spray. Cooking spray will build up on the coating. As long as you use the right oil, and don't get them too hot they last a really long time & the non-stick works great!

I'm not sure if you're supposed to put it in the dishwasher but I've used it multiple times and put it in dishwasher and it still works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan! The size is perfect, the nonstick part has been holding up very well. The pan is nice and heavy and heats up well and evenly. It has a solid construction yet remains fairly lightweight. The handle stays cool to the touch throughout cooking. The cleans up really easy, I hand-wash the skillet with warm soapy water and so far the nonstick surfaces have held up. I enjoy using this product and highly recommend it!

If you follow the directions and not use cooking spray, and wash when cool, this pan will last you forever. My first attempt on this was the classic omelet and this pan blew me away. Super easy to heat, cook and flip - this is now my favorite item in the kitchen. It is not cheap but worth every penny.

I tried cooking everything in this pan like egg, fish, shrimp, pork, beef, spam, corned beef and vegetables.. And yeah Im happy with this pan coz it really didn't stick compare to my other pans and plus it is so easy to clean and wash.. Im just hoping that it will stay this way like non stick even if gets old bcoz i have had some pans that did a great job like non stick when still new but after few months it became a disaster when you use.. Some that i want to cook in my old pans sticks there just like egg, spam, shrimp, meat and rice when i want to make fried rice so I need to use different pan.

It is a heavy pan and very easy to clean after my husband overcooked sausage in it. Eggs cleaned up very easy even after the pan set till after breakfast. This Green Pan - Valencia Frypan is fantastic. I will definitely get more and recommend it to friends.

It was very eye catching and had an abundance of information about it on the label. But the real happiness was felt when I used it and it held up to all the expectations I had. Being free of lead and other toxins was a definite plus in my choice. My husband worked in a lead refinery and I know how harmful lead is, as he had to wear protective clothing and masks to be around it at all times!

We just made some kind of sausage and zucchini skillet meal in our new frypan! Not only is this frypan big enough which is a huge plus, but it’s also dishwasher safe! I don’t like to hand wash dishes so knowing that it was dishwasher safe is such a huge plus! It is pretty heavy so that is a con for my girlfriend but she said it’s not the worst thing especially since now we don’t have to use two frypans to cook one meal, lol. If you do like to hand wash the material of it makes it come off super easily and the food doesn’t stick to the bottom.

I have tried many types of cookware before but haven't found one better than these. They dont scratch, they are completely nonstick and they clean up very easily. Its heavy duty for all kinds of cooking and heats evenly without using a high temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is a game changer! The pan is decently weighted, not too heavy not too light. The handle is very sturdy and attached to the pan extremely well. The non-stick surface repels very well. I melted cheese in this pan to use as a wrap, the cheese didn't burn or stick and came out of the pan with no sticky residues left behind. Heat disbursement was even and easily controlled. Clean up is a breeze, as nothing seems to stick! Cannot praise this product enough.
