The pans are very high quality. The ceramic surface is super non-stick, and easy to clean. Everything comes off with just a soft sponge and some dish soap. I expect these to last a long time and provide a much healthier alternative to traditional toxic alternatives.

First, these are the highest quality pans I've ever purchased. They are the perfect weight for a frying pan! Not too heavy, but not too heavy, really a great weight to handle on a daily basis! The food heats up evenly and consistently. Manufacturers recommend cooking at a lower temperature, and, believe it or not, food cooks faster. Cleanup is a breeze, and there is no residual food or burn debris left on the pan surfaces; there are also no lingering smells of onion, garlic, or meat. Although the cookware is intended for induction, and you never smell burnt food on an induction cooktop, it cooks really well on a glass electric cooktop. The reviews claim that these pans will last forever, and I actually believe that. So worth the price! t

I’ve been searching for a pan that is non stick and that holds up, well this is the one (actually 3, because I bought the 3-pack of skillets). It heats up quickly and handwashing is not a big deal because nothing sticks to it! Going to order the wok next!

I love these pans. They are easy to use; nothing sticks to them and they are easy to clean. We first encountered Green Pan when we went into a store looking for a flat pan and the Green Pan was the only flat pan in the store so we bought it. My husband does not usually rate anything to the max but he absolutely those these pans; we both do. These will be the only pans we buy from now on.

Love these non stick pans. Good quality. I wanted non-stick but worried about toxicity, did a little research and these were what I was looking for. I use all the time. The only thing is, for the price the lids should have been included. Otherwise they’re great.

I love my Valencia pans (and pots). They’re really functional and the non-stick is long lasting (compared to other current pan brands). They lose one star because the non-stick DOES wear out faster than I would have liked (my last set of Valencia pans lasted about 2.5 years of CONSTANT daily use washing by hand). However, even with this timing, Green Pan has still outlasted and out performed other pans I’ve had so I feel like it’s worth it. Pieces that aren’t used as often (1x per week or less) are still pristine after 3 years, so I still feel like they’re a great value.

As advertised ... non stick, non toxic. So far so good on wear and tear.
