Cold clean is a great feature.the opening is a little weird. You aren't sure which side to grab. I like energy efficiency. It does seem like it would be a little difficult to get clothes out of the washer.

It’s super spacious, so I can fit tons of laundry in one load (goodbye, never-ending laundry piles!). The Accela-Wash feature is a lifesaver—my clothes come out fresh and clean way faster than my old machine. The steam and sanitize options are amazing, especially for kids’ clothes and bedding. I also love the Express Cycle—a quick 25-minute wash is perfect for those “oops, I need this outfit now” moments. And the fact that I can adjust the water level for bigger or dirtier loads? Genius. It’s also surprisingly quiet and doesn’t shake my whole house like my last washer. The stainless steel drum feels super durable, and the Cold Clean cycle saves energy while still getting everything spotless. Plus, the controls are easy to use—no guessing games here! If you want a washer that’s fast, efficient, and makes laundry way less of a chore, this is the one. Totally worth it!

The dial is cool because of the columns on either side that light up, but of course that's something else to go wrong! I wish it had a detergent tank, I love that on my new washer.

The washer, from the very first wash of a few towels, knocks violently while spinning at end of cycle. We made sure the items were spread out and not clumped together, but it still knocked side to side so loudly and violently that it moved the washing machine approx a foot forward. I'm very disappointed in this product and we can't wash anything without feeling and sounding like the house is falling down. It literally vibrates the whole house. I need to schedule a replacement asap. Thanks for your time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has some nice features. I like the cold clean feature which uses up to 90% less energy. It also has a sanitize cycle which uses extra hot water wash and very cold water to eliminate 99.9% bacteria.

This washer looks very nice and is complimentary to the dryer. It has a nice easy to use dial and many wash options. The soap entry pull out drawer is great, but the plastic it is made of seems flimsy. The way that the time changes with different wash types can be a water and money saver. This is a good product, but wouldn't fit into my space.

It looks attractive too. I appreciate the "Accela" wash feature too, for busy families. I don't like the name of this feature though.
