Can't speak of its effectiveness until I finish the entire can, but so far, it's not disrupting my physical routine and all is good.

The product is effective but not more so than the one I typically use so the extra price would really be the aesthetic of the product itself which, I don’t know if it’s worth the cost. Might be.
