I have had many other "non-stick" coated pans, including a ceramic grill pan in which food would stick. I only decided to try this brand because it is completely free of PFOAs and PTFEs etc. Got the GP5 stainless steel 4 QT saute pan. Well it looks beautiful and professional and all, but I am literally in love with the INTERIOR COATING! It's not a light pan if that is what you are looking for, but the quality is there. And it heats up quickly. I have used it several times before writing my review. I can't recommend the GP5 pans strongly enough. BUY IT.

Greenpan has been my go-to for daily cooking and they are so durable and easy to clean and come on.....that gold handle adds some nice touch to the kitchen decoration. The pans heat up very quick and are hotter than other pans (aka less gas more performance) so be aware.

The ceramic nonstick coating is amazing - it's super durable, can handle metal utensils, and even the dishwasher. Plus, the "Balance Pro Base" is awesome - the pan is heavy and stays flat when you heat it up, so you can use less oil. I don't think I'll ever buy another aluminum non-stick pan. I highly recommend the GreenPan GP5 if you're in the market for a new pan!

After going through countless pans that claim to be nonstick and having everything stick to them we have finally found some that work as advertised. Just a little butter and about 2-3 minutes of heat before putting your food in the pan and you are good to go. Clean up is a breeze as well. Fully recommend.

When I used it to cook food, I discovered that the material is excellent and strong. For all that needs to be cooked, they are the ideal size. Therefore, I really enjoy having this in my kitchen and would personally suggest it to anyone who enjoys cooking.

We've only had these for a couple of weeks, and so far, we like them and love having a healthy non-stick option. The reasons/cons for the 4-star rating: - The pots are heavy, especially with food inside. The sauce pans and the saute pan need handles on both sides. - GreenPan boasts about "Silhouette Rivets to create a snag-free interior and eliminate food traps", but food still gets trapped in the rivets. - The pots have trimmed edges, but it's unclear if the lids will, over time, scratch the ceramic interior.

I use these to cook on a daily basis. They’re extremely well made and it’s ceramic nonstick makes it a breeze for cleanup after using. A little soap and water easily removes the mess with no scrubbing needed. These are the perfect pans to cook burgers, steak, potatoes, chicken, eggs, veggies, etc. You name it, you can cook it in these pans. They heat up quickly and cook food evenly throughout! Food is easily removed from the pans as well and doesn’t stick! I love that you don’t need to use any cooking spray! Oil is recommeded . These are a must for everyone .I am impressed with this duo set of cooking pans. I absolutely love the fact they are made with safe materials for my family. I have not used any other pans, since I got these. I love that each pan came with care tips to keep your pans just like new . I have not had any issues with sticking or burning. Perfect for this home of ours. these pans are stainless steel and have 5 ply evershine that keeps each pan vibrant with the protective finish, they are dishwasher safe, and can be used in the oven or broiler up to 600 degrees and you can use either plastic or aluminum utensils but i prefer plastic in my nonstick pans and also can be used on all stovetops or induction stoves . These are the best cooking pans ever !!!. They are super durable and heavy but not to heavy and the handles on these pans does not get hot while cooking .

I purchased the GP5 stainless steel ceramic non-stick frying pans 9 months ago and was initially very happy with their look and feel. However, the small pan I use daily for eggs has already lost its non-stick performance—eggs now stick even with oil or butter. We take great care of our cookware and previously had the Valencia ceramic pans, which lasted almost two years before showing similar wear. I had hoped the GP5 would be an upgrade, but unfortunately, the ceramic quality hasn’t held up as expected. Disappointed given the short lifespan.

Also, this is the best pan to wash. Everything just washes out of it. I do think they are a little heavy compared to my other skillets. The skillets are so well made and look very expensive. I am not going to use any others from now on.
