[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the green pan gp5 fry pans, and I'm really enjoying cooking in them. I've been cooking since I was a little girl, and these fry pans are impressive! Probably the best pans I've ever owned. I've cooked many meals for my family in them, and they truly make cooking simpler. The fry pans lay flat on your stove, and when oil was poured it stayed where I poured it, instead of drifting to one side of the pan like most pans. The nonstick coating is so smooth and so soft, that I had no issues with any food sticking to the pan. The pan heats up evenly around the pan. I didn't even have to use as much oil for cooking. The sides are curved up, so I was able to stir fry, sautée, and even cook meals with a lot of sauce, like spaghetti. The pan is not heavy, and I was able to easily hold it while flipping food. When it comes to cleaning the fry pans after cooking, rinsing the pans with water almost cleaned them completely. These fry pans are really pleasant to cook in, as well as look at. If taken care of properly, these pans will last for a long time.

I followed the guidelines they provided and my food turned out delicious without sticking to the pan. I love this set so far.

They are extremely durable, very beautiful stainless steel. The cool to the touch handle makes it easy and convenient for using without having to worry about burning your hand. The fact that they are oven safe up to 600° is an awesome feature! The nonstick surface on the inside Makes it for extremely easy clean up after cooking. Not only are these pans, beautiful, and very I appealing, but they are also extremely wonderful to cook with. I found that my food, cooks evenly, even on an electric stove, which is always been a battle of mine. I love the fact that cooking sprays are not needed, with the nonstick surface. I love the fact that it says that metal utensils can be used. However, I still choose to use silicone, cooking utensils. I highly recommend these fry pan sets to anyone! You will definitely not be disappointed .

Also, this is the best pan to wash. Everything just washes out of it. I do think they are a little heavy compared to my other skillets. The skillets are so well made and look very expensive. I am not going to use any others from now on.

I have switched over to this brand for 100% of my pans because I love them so much. I follow the care instructions so they will last longer - no cooking sprays, metal utensils, or harsh/scratching cleaning sponges. Highly recommend!

My pans were getting old and because I cook daily they have definitely been put to good use. I was actually a little nervous about using the pans, I didn't want to ruin them. The GP5 pans were represented to me as having a stainless steel rim covering the aluminum core, and having stainless steel rivets. Neither of these claims were correct. The pans are not significantly different from the pans I purchased seven years ago, except the coating was removed from the rim, exposing the aluminum in the center of the two stainless inner and outer clads. The rivets are countersunk, but are still aluminum. I expect that the non-stick coating will wear off them as it did on the original pans I purchased, exposing the food to the aluminum. The improvements appear to me to be cosmetic, rather than any improvement in quality.
