So far these pans have been amazing. You hardly have to use any oil and the food cooks beautifully. I've also accidentally left the burner preheating for several minutes too long and it did zero damage to the pan.

Excellent quality pan. The cooking area is heavy enough to distribute heat without hot spots and the ceramic coating is flawless. It really does cook well at temperatures lower than I am used to. Now we will see how durable the coating is.

For me the test of a non-stick is always eggs. I have used my pan twice and the eggs slide right off, and the pan was easy to clean. So far, I'm impressed with my GreenPan,

My wife and I both love this set. It checked off all the boxes when decided what we were looking for. Although we wished we could've gotten a 8 quart stockpot but its discontinued.

This new line is over the top quality. Heavy stainless steel with excellent nonstick surface on the inside. I also purchased to skillets (Pro Valencia) for camping and they are very nice but these are worth the step up!

Excellent product, pans feel very sturdy and well made. The champagne handles give them an extra touch of elegance. And the ceramic pans are amazing for cooking. Absolutely recommend.

This is the best! I’ve owned different collections of GreenPan, but the Infinite8 is truly a step above any other non-stick cookware. If GreenPan offers this size in an electric version, I would absolutely get one!
