[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pans are amazing top of the line!! Cooks food evenly everytime! Durable and easy to clean! Nothing has stuck yet and I love that! After a month of use they look exactly as they did when I got them no scratches. These will last a long long time!

I bought the GP5 set in taupe last year. Looks great and solidly constructed with nice heft. Set worked well for a few months; after that, frequently used pans were no longer non-stick. I followed all care and cleaning instructions and always cooked with olive or avocado oil (never sprays), so really disappointed with how quickly the surface seem to lose it's non-stick nature. I have since purchased a Made-In non-stick pan that's become my daily work horse and have enjoyed it's durability in comparison to the the GreenPan GP5.

I have had this pan for 17 days and it started chipping around the edges after 2 uses/ washes. After about a week of cooking eggs once a day for breakfast in grapeseed oil (using a silicon spatula also from green pan) it is sticking. I absolutely loved the pan for the first cook but its only been downhill from there. After 17 uses, I have only used a sponge (no scrubby) and mild soap for washing and on top of the edges chipping there is a divet in this "ultra tough" coating and I have NEVER placed anything inside it in the sink and have hand dried. I bought this pan to replace a scratched teflon coated pan and was purchasing because of the non-stick and non-toxic properties but NOT worth it. You're better off getting a traditional non-stick pan, heating to low heat (which you're supposed to do with these green pans also) and replacing if you get scratches because this pan is NOT worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I'm amazed by these incredible Green pans! The color is a stunning Oxford blue. The pans nest perfectly together for easy storage. I was able to cook delicate dragon fruit pancakes in this without my pancakes sticking or burning ! I only had to use a little oil in the pan, and my pancakes cooked perfectly, I'm so in love with these pans! I also loved how easy it was to clean. I highly recommend these!

I purchased this set right after you launched it. I tell you that it is my favorite to date. The skillet is great for all sorts of things including baking biscuits. I was surprised how much they fluffed up. I tend to reach for my 9.5/10 inch skillet all the time. My Valencia Pro pans are quite good but this is better. I was sold on it that I purchased the full set without trying it first. I love the ceramic surface and it cooks quickly. Be prepared to use less heat with these babies. I didn't think anything could replace my Gastrolux. I'm happy that these easily do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non-stick, easy clean, no oil needed--these pans are heavily used in this house, and holding up extremely well. I cook eggs in them without butter or oil spray and they glide around. Then plop in the dishwasher and they come out clean and sparkly. Even handwashing they clean up easily. The coating for nonstick is holding up nicely so far with daily use and washing, it's been over 30 days and holding strong. Highly recommend and will be buying more pans in different sizes ans styles.

Oh how I wanted to love these pans. I have a new Wolf Induction cooktop that I absolutely love. My Staub and Le Creuset work wonderfully with the cooktop as well as my older GreenPan Premiere set of pans. But, my GP5 set just doesn't cut it at all - I am so disappointed. It's as if the pans do not connect well enough to the cooktop - even though they say they were designed to be used on Induction. The 'Boost' feature won't even function correctly with these pans - where I can boil a pot of pasta water in less than a minute and a half with other pans - it takes 5-6 minutes for my GP5 stock pot! Plus, the pans don't seem to connect correctly to the cooktop and slide around super easy when even lightly stirring - and everything takes so much longer to cook than normal. They also chip easily. I have been super careful with them and if they even lightly bump into each other or a spoon hits the side - they chip. So wanted to love them, but so incredibly disappointed. GreenPan doesn't want to help me either. May never buy GreenPans again after this experience.

I’m still bummed about this order as the days go by. Don't get me wrong the pots and pans are great material and GREAT for cooking but they do scratch easily on the top from the covers and to be very honest I ONLY hand-washed these pots/pans. I also don't like that the pans don't have covers. I also don't like the fact that this bundle only provided big sizes of pots/pans and didn't have any small pots/pans for heating leftovers or making a small meals or something just light.
