The pans heat well and are easy to clean, but the finish is SUPER fragile. I use plastic utensils when cooking, as advised, but one time I used a metal spoon to taste the sauce and it gently brushed the rim of the pan and scratched the finish. I attached a clip-on colander to the rim, being careful not to have any metal come into contact with the rim, but a corner of the clip touched the rim during draining and scratched the finish. It's extremely disappointing that the finish is so delicate. I would have bought stainless steel pots instead of black had I known.

I love that it comes in 2 different sizes one I uses for smaller meals and the other one I use for larger meals! Really great pans!

I have been using GreenPan products for years and have never had a problem with any of them. I recently ordered and received this 10" pan, did a quick wash/rinse with a soft cloth and soap and water and set it aside to cook with later. When I started dinner that night (warming it up on low heat) it immediately started to give off a burnt plastic/paint smell. My daughter even came in and said "What is that smell?" It was awful. Anyone who has chemical sensitivities will tell you that a smell like that is an instant red flag that there are chemicals being released - in this case into your food and air! I'm so disappointed. The box is gone and I've used it once, so there can be no refund. Stick to the regular GreenPans and pass on these new finishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I'm amazed by these incredible Green pans! The color is a stunning Oxford blue. The pans nest perfectly together for easy storage. I was able to cook delicate dragon fruit pancakes in this without my pancakes sticking or burning ! I only had to use a little oil in the pan, and my pancakes cooked perfectly, I'm so in love with these pans! I also loved how easy it was to clean. I highly recommend these!

These fry pans are not for serious home cooks. Have had the 9.5 and 11 inch pans for 13 months. Already the non stick coating is terrible. I do not use high heat and I do not use sprays and still sub standard. Not durable whatsoever. They will not honor their warranties even with zero damage. They say there’s a film on it. lol. Obviously invisible. Do not waste your money on their products. Trust me you’ll regret it.

This ceramic equipment is non toxic and nonstick, very easy to clean & dishwasher safe as well. I used these in both my oven & stovetop & it heats up well, evenly cooking food. The balance Pro Base stays flat on surfaces keeping oil where I wanted. So far there have been no scratches. The stainless steel handles are comfortable. I love the Oxford Blue color, it is attractive & classic. I highly recommend this brand & have created a wishlist on the greenpan.us website so I can add more products for my collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non-stick, easy clean, no oil needed--these pans are heavily used in this house, and holding up extremely well. I cook eggs in them without butter or oil spray and they glide around. Then plop in the dishwasher and they come out clean and sparkly. Even handwashing they clean up easily. The coating for nonstick is holding up nicely so far with daily use and washing, it's been over 30 days and holding strong. Highly recommend and will be buying more pans in different sizes ans styles.

I was looking to replace years of older nonstick pans I’d accumulated that were no longer performing optimally. I also wanted a pan that was PFAS free, true non-stick ceramic, cooked evenly and had some heft to it. After considering other brands, I decided to try Greenpan’s GP5 Infinite8 frypans. No regrets. So far, they have performed like a dream and exceeded my expectations. I will be back to add to my GP5 Infinite8 cookware.
