Good for Keto diet

I appreciate a 1 carb serving of chicken! You can't really think of these as breaded, they are more like micro-coated but this locks in the moisture.

Very disappointed. Mushy and very processed tasting/ texture. I didn’t realize they were un-breaded. Very little flavor. It was basically like eating mini processed chicken balls.
