Worst chicken , taste dried bread,I thought my kids didn't like because they get use to eat the regular nuggets but when I tried it, I felt like I was eating rubber

Keto friendly nuggets with no breading so you don't have to worry about the carbs. In a pinch for a quick meal, I put these in the air dryer and toss them in my favorite wing sauce and finish them with blue cheese or sugar free ranch.

They taste great, I enjoy them as an adult plus the high protein & I'm on glp1 is definitely a plus!!! It's all white meat & none of the nasty rubbery chunky pieces like some nuggets have! You can cut them & put them over a salad, use them to make quesadillas, so not only just the typical “nuggets & fries” . they smell great & taste great. Packaging is well & easy to freeze.

The nutrition on this is great. Perfect to add to salads or bowls for a quick mix and getting additional proteins. They are small but the calories are great if you want a bigger portion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tyson High Protein Nuggets are not your typical nugget. There is a definite difference in texture to these nuggets. I love the added protein but I’m a strange person when it comes to texture so it may just be me but I would prefer another nugget in the future.

We thought we were buying regular chicken nuggets so were surprised. They reminded me of a paleo recipe for a chicken based flat bread replacement. Texture was more chewy and flavor was a bit cheesy compared to regular chicken nuggets. They seemed a little dry, but ok with dipping sauce. My husband did not like them, I thought they were OK and my son said we should buy them again. Quick and Easy to prepare.

We used our air fryer to bake these, and they turned out pretty well. They were crispy, but a bit sponge-y in texture. Because of this my older kids did not like them. But overall, they are ok. I think it feels like someone blended up plain chicken, formed it into nuggets and presented it. Not sure if I would buy it again.

We eat a low carb/keto diet and these nuggets fit the bill fairly well. I knocked off one star because they are a tad dry, but they cook super fast--4 minutes--in the air fryer and I use them when I need something quick and easy, especially to eat on the go. The cheese adds to a breading-like texture that helps it feel a little more like a regular nugget. I'd prefer the fat came from a healthier oil AND maybe a combo of white and dark meat, which would also help the dryness! I'll continue buying as long as I can find it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tyson said y’all won’t leave me out of the gluten free healthy conversation. You can immediately taste the difference in these chicken nuggets. All of the filler in other nuggets & the heaviness of them, you don’t taste it with these. If you want them crispy, you do need to toss them in a little oil prior to air frying so they can crisp up and add some seasoning because they don’t come with any flavor. Overall they are a good alternative to the chicken nugget we’ve grown accustomed to.

10 minutes in the air fryer and you get 14 nuggets and only 2 carbs for the whole meal, a 10 pc Mc Ds nuggets is 100 carbs (that's 5 days' worth of carbs if you're on keto), I ain't saying they are the best unbreaded nuggets but if you watching your carbs grab some Frank's hot sauce and you got you a nice guilt free midnight snack :)
