I like they are not heavily battered or breaded, but still stay moist when cooked. The texture is a little chewier than just straight chicken pieces, but still delicious.

All of the filler in other nuggets & the heaviness of them, you don’t taste it with these. If you want them crispy, you do need to toss them in a little oil prior to air frying so they can crisp up and add some seasoning because they don’t come with any flavor. Overall they are a good alternative to the chicken nugget we’ve grown accustomed to.

The chicken was good after a little salting, but the texture can throw you off at first. It has more of a processed “McDonalds nugget” texture than the solid piece of chicken I was expecting. After getting over that though I do think they tasted as expected! They do cook quickly in the air fryer which is a plus for those of us in a rush!

A healthy protein option that you could add to any meal, or you could even have a few on their own as a snack. I have used the microwave and air fryer to make these, and both are great options- coming out crispy even in the microwave. My favorite thing to do so far is cut up a few and add them to mac and cheese.

The nuggets themselves taste good, I was hoping for a little more crunch when I bit into them but still really great flavor. The texture wasn’t exactly what I expected but with these being chicken patty nuggets, it makes more sense. The kicker - 2 carbs for 14 nuggets?? I’m here for it!
