On the plus side it’s pretty easy for my toddler to bite/chew unlike some other nuggets but to the adult palette they just seem overprocessed. The taste is pretty darn bland even for a “high protein” product. They do cook up quickly and nicely in the air fryer (great for when your kid decides they’re hungry right now) and I always appreciate a resealable freezer bag. The price definitely reflects the protein content and appears targeted toward a more adult audience. While my toddler didn’t seem to mind the texture and taste they’re probably not something I would seek out; I’d rather just eat cubed seasoned chicken breast chunks even though it’s not as quick or convenient.

I love that the ingredients are great! And you get a ton for the price! The easy close bag is great since I don’t use the whole bag for one meal! I will definitely repurchase!

The ingredients show a bigger measurement of mozzarella cheese in addition to chicken but they don’t taste or feel cheesy. They look kind of breaded on the packaging but they are not breaded or crispy - more like a chicken meatball.

The amount of protein is great and if you can air fry these with a little extra time to get rid of the texture and drown them in sauce, I’m sure they could be bearable.

It is actually pretty good and I don’t think any salt would be needed at all. It’d be too salty. Each piece is about the size of a quarter. Maybe a little bit larger the juice gets sealed in and so you’re not eating hard little rocks of chicken. You can smell the cheese on the chicken but not in a bad way it’s pleasing. I think that the bag is also nice since it’s resealable and not flimsy. There’s plenty to feed a family and cook time is very short. These nuggets are also made of just white chicken meat and are gluten-free. A serving size is seven nuggets and 23 g of protein which is filling. This is perfect for nutritious forms of protein in a pinch. I would purchase this again.
