It’s a durable pan with diamond-infused ceramic nonstick for exceptional performance. Preheat it for 90 seconds before cooking, then use low to moderate heat. Always add a bit of oil or butter; they advise against using cooking sprays. Cleaning is a breeze after use. Overall, I’m pleased with the opportunity to test it out!

I have had this pan for a while now and I have to say that I think that it's amazing. I have regular stainless steel pans but I have never been able to cook eggs in a stainless steel frying pan. I thought I would give this one a try and it's the only pan that I don't put away because I use it everyday.

It’s great for cooking eggs, frying up some potatoes (those were delicious) , I also tried it with burgers and that turned out great! It’s very versatile! I bought these pans 6 months ago. They started off great. We never used the dishwasher. To clean them, we only used the sponge sold by green pan. Never used metal cooking utensils. Only silicone. We always allowed the pan ample time to heat up before use. About 30 days after purchase, the pans had no non stock ability. Became so difficult to clean. Honestly worst pans we’ve ever owned. Cooking anything from eggs to chicken or even heating up something would make the most difficult stained on mess that took significant time to clean.

It is pleasantly heavy but not to the point that you can’t lift it. The ceramic feels like superior quality. So far, with 90 sec preheat and silicon tools, nothing had sticked. Big advantage it comes with the lid! The size is perfect to cook for 2-4 portions. Overall, every little part of this frypan is beautiful, without any defects. So far I’m living it.

Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook
