Nearly anything can be cooked in these pans and clean up is a breeze (because nothing sticks!). I love these for cooking eggs, whether scrambled, fried, or omelettes. They all come out amazing!

I used it first to fry some chicken pieces and it was so easy to clean afterwards. The color is not my favorite, but I love it. It is really well made and high quality. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cant rave enough about the ease of use of this frying pan. Its the perfect size to cook a meal for your entire family! The nonstick feature makes for an even cook and makes it easy to clean as well! I love the taupe color because it gives an elegant look to my kitchen!

I purchased this set in the smokey blue color in June 2022. I loved the color and was so excited for the set. However, it really isn’t nonstick. Even with using spray, food sticks to the pan on low heat! I clean my stove regularly, I’m a clean freak, and the bottom of the pan stains SO easily. I’ve tried soaking it in all types of dish soap and nothing gets the stains off. The pan coating scratches (I don’t use metal spoons, spatulas, etc) and I don’t cut food in the pan. All of this happened in less than a six months.

Secondly, this frying pan is so great to cook with and nothing sticks to it. You can make an egg and not worry that you can’t flip it. It’s so easy to cook with and it’s a simple clean up. It’s even oven safe! I made pork chops and seared them first and then put this pan in the oven and they cooked evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lighter than cast iron and stainless steel, heavier than traditional nonstick pan. Takes a few minutes to warm up in a gas stove, retains heat evenly throughout the pan, no perceived hot spots. Using very little olive oil, chicken, eggs, veggies don't stick. It slides around so easy and crisps like a stainless steel pan. The glass lid has some play, overall when steaming it does well to hold everything in the pan. Handle end stays warm even on high heat allowing a bare hand grab to move it around. Although the smaller handle does get warm, rag/pot holder may be needed. Since it's a 12" pan, it's big and requires some strength to lift it with one hand. Washing with mild soap is a breeze even with all the splatter and burnt bits all over the side. Time will tell on the durability of the non-stick part, 2 yr limited warranty helps too. Great alternative to the traditional non-stick pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent ceramic nonstick pan and I’m happy to have it added to my kitchen collection. This pan has quite a bit of weight to it and it feels and looks very well made. It comes with guidelines on which stove type to avoid, which cleaning/utensils/preheating time/which type of oil to use and which to avoid. Those guidelines are very helpful to someone like myself new to ceramic pans. The first time I used this, I made chicken fajitas. In the picture, I had scooped the remaining into the middle of the pan and saw how the liquid in the bottom looked much different from the pan I usually make this in. In another, it shows the pan after just rinsing with water, no scraping or wiping with a sponge at that point and it was 99% cleared with just the water. Usually after making this meal, there is a lot of scrubbing involved to clean the pan. I like the small handle on one side to have an extra grip since the pan is rather large. For the regular handle, my only suggestion would be for it to be removable. The long handle made it more difficult to figure storage and tougher to fit in the sink/hold under the water in addition to the weight (which the small handle helped with). Overall I am very happy with this and look forward to adding more pieces of the collection into my kitchen.
