My son is 16.6 lbs and I have never used huggies when he got into size 3 which is just about a month ago, we bought them because they were cheaper for a big box. Since he has switched every night he pees in his cloths after wearing them for 6 hours, which means he always wakes up about 2 am with wet cloths and bedding. I asked several people if I was putting the diaper on wrong (incase there is a special way with huggies that is better to prevent leaks) and all got consistent answers of "no". I bought several boxes because they were on sell and will return those now.

The snug and dry is horrible! The more older my baby gets the more wet she is especially at night. I've always used this brand but everytime I buy a new box. The type of diaper gets thinner and thinner. I prefer to have the little snugglers which is thicker but more expensive.

The contour shape of the diapers make them great for little movers. The stretchy waistband helps the diaper fit securely. Because of the snug fit I thought there would be no leaks but I was wrong. It didn’t happen often but it did happen. Especially at night. For that reason, I would only recommend these diapers for daytime use only.

When they say protection for up to 12 hours, they mean it. Full disclosure. I got the wrong size. He's supposed to be a size 5. I received the size 6 and I was worried that they would not fit right or they would not perform well because of that, but all of those doubts and worries were quickly shut down after using the diapers.
