After trying other brands, I settled on Bounty and have never bought another brand. Absorbent, strong and can be rinsed out (depending on what it was used for) and re-used. On several occasions, I left a towel in my jeans pocket and washed the jeans. When I pulled the jeans out of the washer, the towel was still completely intact! That's a strong paper towel!

It does the job of cleaning things up without tearing up. It absorbs lots of moisture and love how you can pick the size you need and not waste so much. The select-a-size is great because you can choose which size sheet you need for a specific task. Bounty is very absorbent and cleans spills up quickly. It is very durable and lasts longer than other brands. I use Bounty all the time and will continue to do so.

I am a paper towel snob. I can't deal with paper towels that rip or if you need a million sheets to clean up. We only use bounty in our house. I buy the bulk packs and when we are down to the final roll, I grab a new one. For me, the quality is far beyond other brands and well worth the extra expense.

We use (might become 'used') a lot of paper towels and have always purchased Bounty for many reasons. We have noticed a poorer quality of paper (feel and thickness) lately but so far this has been more of a textural issue rather than an absorbency issue; however, the absorbency has been an issue at times. We have found that we can no longer cleanly rip off one sheet. The roll just spins or it rips at the 2nd or 3rd sheet. No, we have not changed our towel rack nor how we handle the rolls. We also find that the end piece is glued down so tight that when trying to start the role it always tears the top row and the next layer of paper as well. Some of the sheets splitting mid sheet rather than at the perforated spot.

I love these paper towels! Even though they may seem expensive, you really do end up using less sheets than buying the cheaper brands. I buy the economy pack and don't have to restock for at least 3 months. With a dog, 2 cats, a newborn and messy husband that is pretty good! There's nothing these paper towels can't handle.

Take a look at the headlines that forced Smart Balance to go back to their original formula. They thought we wouldn’t notice that water was the first ingredient. What did Bounty do? It now has that Dollar General paper towel feel to it. The half sheets stay curled up. They feel like plastic was added or some other addition. Not as soft. Please go back to what it was. Do your executives use the product? They would know right away.

It’s both soft and thick, so you never need more than 2-3 pieces (even when you’re trying to scrub a stain out of granite counters).
