They stand up to tougher jobs, and the select a size sheets are longer, allowing you to do more with less. I've used these for standard spills and cleaning duties, as well as to help clean a greasy bbq and the cloth like texture appears to make them more durable. The pre-cut pieces are pretty large, probably could have got away with making them smaller since they are so durable. The role is really large and it lasts a long time.
