I grew up using Bounty towels — stronger and well priced. Now, the quality has suffered (thinner towels?) and shrinkflation has taken its toll. It is nearly impossible to determine which size or bundle is most economical for the price. I value transparency, and that now seems to be lacking. I have no intention of taking even more time to call the company to decipher it all. Please bring back old-fashioned quality and transparency. In the meantime, sadly, I am sampling your key competitors’ products.

We’ve been buying Bounty paper towels for decades. Most recently we noticed that the size of the half sheets had increased approximately by 50%. That means that for most of our usage we use more towel than needed. Just another decision to rip off loyal customers. You should strongly consider reverting to the former size ASAP or you may find the blunder akin to the “New Coke” debacle. For me and my household, we’re actively looking for alternative products.

These are the best paper towels in the best quantity per roll that I've been able to buy. Also, I agree with the other reviewer of these paper towels: Go back to cash at the snack bar and trash the app. I sent my husband 25 miles to your store and when he came back he had been reprogrammed to rant about how cash cannot be used at the snack bar! Must I put up with that? Have you people no mercy?!!!

I appreciate that these towels are really absorbent—they handle spills, toddler messes and cook-up disasters without failing me.  The “Select-A-Size” feature means I can pull a smaller sheet when it's just a little splash rather than waste a full large one, which helps with everyday cleanup.  On the flip side: some users mention that the sheets seem thinner than before or that one sheet feels less substantial than it used to being.  All told, for a busy household, these towels deliver on convenience and performance—and the size flexibility is a nice bonus when you're dealing with all sorts of messes.

I'd like to say I've been using these paper towels for 10 years. I love the absorbency strength they have. The problem I'm having is the way they tear off the roll. For the last 4 months they don't tear off the roll right. They tear at the perforation for the first 8 " then rip away to the towels the last few inches.its very frustrating.

Quality has DRASTICALLY changed for the worse. Was working on a painting project today and while going thru a roll for wiping up excess and general cleanup I noticed how it wasn't standing up to water and general use like it used to. I thought maybe I accidentally bought the cheaper "Essentials" version and checked the packaging - but nope! Then I went online to see if anyone else had the same experience - and yup! Seems like everyone has noticed that Bounty now is as bad as any budget brand. Too bad. We go thru a ton of these weekly and now I will be switching brands after 2 dozen years.

I love the fact they are soo big. i have a stand up papertowel holder and not mounted and its perfect. I feel like we go through these a lot less than the normal rolls, yes big but I dont have soo many to find space for. please keep these sams. Seems when things sell or things people enjoy you get rid of them.

I have been purchasing these every month on Amazon’s subscribe and save for years. This month’s order came, and I immediately noticed a difference. I use these to clean up water spills my dogs leave behind. Usually I need 1-2 pieces. I needed 6 pieces. The are noticeably thinner and the cardboard center ro is even taller than the paper towels as well. Disappointing and don’t even know what to replace them with.

The bounty paper towels are not the paper towels they once were. They barely absorb and fall apart while trying to do so. Forget cleaning a glass surface. The towels leave behind more fibers then the children leave behind hand prints. I now use an off brand from a warehouse club. Far cheaper and far more effective
