I have been using Bounty paper towels ever since they first appeared. Why the change? The paper is thicker, not as absorbent, never tears off cleanly unless I use two hands and even then, often tears off crookedly at the bottom. I used to use them wet with detergent to clean countertops, then wring out and rinse. Also used to clean eyeglasses. No more with new thicker and cheaper feeling towels. I am looking for an alternate - after all these years! Sadly disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really haven’t used Bounty, as I opt for Kirkland brand (which is still great.) I will say I like the size of the bounty sheets and they do feel fluffier than Kirkland. It’s also a thinner roll so it fits on my paper towel holder better. As far as absorption, I didn’t notice much of a difference but I did notice a difference in durability when wet, which is a plus. Great product that does what it says it will!

MY DAUGHTER IS STARTING HER OWN FAMILY AND SHE WILL ONLY USE THIS BRAND BECAUSE THIS IS ALL SHE KNOWS. THEY ARE SO STRONG AND MY GRANDMOTHER WAS SO THRIFTY, SHE WOULD RINSE THEM OUT AND REUSE THEM. Bounty Paper Towels Select A Size Value Big Rolls With Prints 2 Ct These paper towels truly can't be beat by any other brand. They are thick,super absorbent and come in all different sizes and prints. They are slightly higher prices than other brands,however you don't need to use as many as you would with another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I have a 9 month old and I recently quit working to be a SAHM. So, we’ve been on a budget and tried to buy cheaper commodities. We tried other paper towel brands, but returned to Bounty despite it being a little more expensive because it is so superior to the other brands. We’re going through a ton of paper towels with our son, but if we had a worse brand than Bounty, we’d easily go through twice as many. Will never buy a different brand if we can help it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't always find the select a size when I shop, and am usually overwhelmed when there are a lot of different styles, choices, etc. But when I do buy these, I really like the ability to select a smaller piece. Lets say I want to use the paper towel as a substitute plate for crackers or some small snack, the small size sheet is just right.

Why did you change your paper towels, Bounty? As so many others have said, they are rough and thin and don’t tear as easily. I have used Bounty forever but I’m not going to keep paying for the Bounty name if I am not going to get the Bounty quality I am used to getting. I can pay less for some other brand and get these kind of inferior paper towels. Did you all focus group test this change before you did it? Surely you knew your loyal customers would notice this change and not be happy. I hope you are noticing now that we aren’t going to stick around if you don’t bring back the old Bounty we know and love.

I love Bounty Paper Towels.When you came out with the select a size I loved them even more. But this week we put our house up for sale and I used a ton of Bounty paper towels. The problem I had was ripping a towel off the roll. I would get 3/4 down and it would rip into the next paper towel. It didnt matter if towels were on a towel holder or not. I probably went through 15 rolls. Grrr is how I felt alot. I was not happy! I really didn't have the time to worry about my paper towels.

My go-to paper towels since they are sturdy and seem to pick up more then a lot of other brands. I end up spending about the same price on these good ones as I do going through a ton of cheaper ones to do the same job so, I've learned to just stick with Bounty.
