I used a roll yesterday, but when I went to put roll onto paper towel holder, there were thin shreds of paper on one end of roll. I pulled off shreds before I put onto paper towel holder, and I didn't get all of the shreds off as I thought I did. I haven't had this happen until yesterday.

I went to measure the inside of the previous roll with the new one. Sure enough it is quite a bit shorter. Nice way to cheat the customers, as no doubt it will be a huge saving when you multiply by the numbers of roll sold. Tried to use the contact to send picture, your website would not take the name of the product; I tried so many names listed on the package without luck, go figure.

Found some at Target but print is not attractive and is all blue or all teal. Neither is a Christmas color. What happened to all the pretty designs I used to buy? That is the main reason I use bounty...for the decor boost to my kitchen. Very disappointed.

I have used only Bounty for many many years regardless of having to pay more than for other brands. But for months now you have not corrected.a problem where a sheet on select-a-size does not tear across an entire sheet.. One now needs to use two hands to pull a piece. The product is no longer worth a premium price.

It used to be half the size of a full sheet, but recently it measures out at 3/4 of what was a full sheet. I buy select-a-size to lower my waste...this is counterproductive to the original intent of offering this option. Really disappointed in the company for this game. I will be changing brands next time I buy towels.

I won't use any other type I will go with out if I can't get the select a size. The regular size are to big of a towel it seems to be such a waste. I have had the larger size and cut them in half but it was not the same. Thank you for not changing your paper towels. They are the best on the market.

This is the second package we have purchased that when you go to tear a sheet off, the paper towel rips in almost a shred, it’s a waste and I’m using more that I wish to. I’m very disappointed. I have used another brand which seems to tear correctly. Maybe that brand will be my new paper towel.

You know the 12 roll package is not cheap. WHAT HAS HAPPENED!!!!!!?? This is costing too much!! It really is sad if I can't buy what was a good product. Well, after trying Bounty, I am wrong and proud to say so. These lasted way longer with my family, They are thicker and seems to hold out longer than the normal brand. I also didn't use a lot of them, which I think was because you got to select your size. Either way. I am now hooked and will buy these instead of the thin and yucky store brand!
