The washer, from the very first wash of a few towels, knocks violently while spinning at end of cycle. We made sure the items were spread out and not clumped together, but it still knocked side to side so loudly and violently that it moved the washing machine approx a foot forward. I'm very disappointed in this product and we can't wash anything without feeling and sounding like the house is falling down. It literally vibrates the whole house. I need to schedule a replacement asap. Thanks for your time.

I like that you can turn the chime off if you want. Lots of features. I like that there is a towel feature. I know bedding would be considered bulky, but I wish they called it bedding. A little pricey but there is a steam treatment so I like that
