[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Matress came in a large box and wrapped tightly in plastic. It is a bit heavy but easier to manage than a regular mattress. The mattress is so comfortable - a perfect balance of firmness and support. I highly recommend the five star mattress in a box by Serta for comfort, ease, and value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of my thoughts on this mattress (I was initially hesitant to choose a boxed mattress) are that it is soft, perfect for a back sleeper or stomach. There is no indentation so far. It was easy to unpack and unfold. It really fluffed up quickly. I feel that this will be a very durable mattress, but probably not long lasting. It also is not so good for someone with who has issues with their hips while sleeping.

It’s not as soft as my other mattress so I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. To be fair, I’ve had my old mattress for longer than I’d like to admit so I’m used to that particular mattress and it will take longer than a couple weeks to get used to. It is very comfortable though and the mattress itself is very cool, the gel foam is supposed to promote airflow and dissipate heat I’d say it does that pretty well.
