[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Matress came in a large box and wrapped tightly in plastic. It is a bit heavy but easier to manage than a regular mattress. The mattress is so comfortable - a perfect balance of firmness and support. I highly recommend the five star mattress in a box by Serta for comfort, ease, and value!

It’s very durable but can be a bit to much soft! Not bad at all! Definitely comfortable as well! I would get this again but if it’s a bit more firm! And I never seen something like how it came in the package! Great packaging! It was a thick one as well! Was not expecting it!

Upon taking the plastic off it it inflated super quick and fit our bed perfectly. Night 1 we got great sleep and by day 3 after we had wore it in a little it got even more comfortable. This mattress is a great deal for the money and I will recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plush pillow top is an understatement! I was in need of a new mattress and this came at the perfect time. So soft. Support for my back and hips is perfect, not too firm and not too soft. I suffer from severe pain in those joints and this helps a lot. The material of the mattress itself is high quality and, although I’ve had this for just about a couple weeks, I can tell that it will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it has been really comfortable to sleep on at night. I am more of a hot sleeper and it doesnt make me feel overly warm. My back feels supported just fine and I dont have quite as many knots and kinks when I wake up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice mattress! The setup was easy- took a little bit to fluff it out but then it was good to go. It has a nice level of cushioning and makes for a comfortable sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the spring, foam and cushion top all in in one. For the value and price i think it should be packaged better or with more precautions. Mines came ripped already , as pictured.
