[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have a nice solid feel and are balanced pretty well. They transfer heat surprisingly well! The directions say that you should keep the heat lower than what you would normally use and they mean it! I had the pan pre-heating on the medium heat setting and coconut oil began to smoke! It was hot enough at that setting that scrambled eggs began to pop in the pan! Clean up by hand does seem pretty easy, though I haven't tried putting them in the dishwasher yet. I'm pretty satisfied with the pans, however there is one minor thing I wish was different. I really wish the sides of the pans came up a little higher. The sides of the pans seem a little shallow to me and I'm sure this is a matter of personal preference, I would definitely recommend putting a splatter guard on top of the pan when you are browning meat (especially consider how hot the pans get). Overall, I'm pretty happy with the pans and would definitely consider getting more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a Greenpan. I was super impressed with the pan overall. I love the yellow color and the gold hardware. This pan needs a little more maintenance than other pans I have had. I followed all the recommendations for low heat, using oil and using silicone utensils. I want this pan to last as long as possible. I would love if this pan was induction because I have some induction burners but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I love the large span of the pan. I can fit everything in at once. I also love that it comes with a lid. Deeper sauté pans usually come with a lid but not frying pans. The pan is heavy and well made. I haven’t tried it in the oven yet because I’m concerned that if high heat from the stove top can ruin the pan, how can it go in a scorching oven? Overall it’s a great pan for everyday use. I would recommend.

I mostly use the small one for eggs, and I do put some butter in the pan before adding eggs (or any food). I use a spatula to cook my eggs scrambled, and this leaves a clean pan after with no food stuck to it. I only use silicone utensils and a soft pad to clean, and I have not had any issues with scratching.

I really love that it is diamond infused ceramic with nonstick coating. I used it to cook some glazed ground beef and it was so easy to use. Very durable. Add cooks my food very quickly. I really love knowing that it is dishwasher safe and it’s made for easy cleanup. Makes cooking food super easy with this frying pan set.

Heat distribution is fast, cleaning is super easy as well. I like the versatility of it and the range I can cook for it. It’s lightweight but the handle is durable but comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are some very nice pans. Not only do they look nice, but they are easy to use, and food doesn't stick to them. Only need a small amount of oil, if any at all. The heat doesn't seem to transfer to the handle, so it stays cool to the touch. Very durable!

Have had these for about a year and a half, I normally cook six nights a week at home so these get used pretty frequently. They started great but I began to have sticking issues after around one year of use and now after a year and a half, they are just another normal pan that requires a good amount of fat for things to not stick. I tried to make a Spanish tortilla a week ago which included a lot of olive oil and the entire thing stuck badly, I still have bits of potato and onion that won't wash off the pan without me damaging the coating. I can't recommend this unless you are ok with replacing every year.
