[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pan for about a month or so now and so far I think it's been good enough to use in my normal lineup of cookware. It's got a lovely luxurious look and feel to it. As far as it's cooking performance goes, it's been perfectly adequate. I tend to make things like sandwiches or sauteed veggies with this pan. Eggs can still prove a little tricky when using this pan as it's nonstick coating isn't perfectly nonstick. You'll generally have to use a bit of fat (oil/butter/etc) to make sure things play nicely. My one criticism is that the pan is kind of thin/lightweight so it doesn't hold heat very well. Be sure not to crowd this pan otherwise you'll lose heat very quickly. All in all it's a pretty good pan.

I bought these 3 months ago, they are a beautiful set of pans. They are definitely non-stick and distribute heat evenly. I would say they are definitely high maintenance, you gotta use silicon/wooden utensils, gotta wait for it ti cool off before washing, have to be extremely careful so they wont get chipped. I hang mine on a wall to make sure the edges dont get chipped while stacked on each other. So all in all, this is the kind of set that needs maintenance, but if you are up for the challenge id recommend it. I had a house guest who wasn’t as familiar with ceramic pans so the one time they washed mine, it got some minor scratches. They are very beautiful though so Im still happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2pc frypan set eliminated my old pans. I am so glad I went to ceramic pans. They can be used for almost everything you want to cook and scratch resistant. I have cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner items on them with little to no oil which is much healthier. I also seared a steak and put the pan in the oven to get that nice medium well steak that I love to eat. Instead of using several pans to make my meals, I simply wipe my pans clean and move to my next food item to help eliminate the use of other pans that are difficult to wash. Once I am done, I put it in the dishwasher just to give it that nice shine. Make your cooking time easier by getting yourself a set.

MrsMom here again - raising my rating slightly from six months ago. I have had the pans a year and a half now. I discovered that a new dishwashing power spray gets these pans right back to like new non-stick. I can flip eggs again without them sticking. They still tend to chip easily, but they are so beautiful. I do not put them in the dishwasher and I do not use metal utensils. I treat them like my Grandmother’s good china. The light interior does not stain or discolor, but the bottom of the pan does, as all pans will, with use. Much happier with this purchase since I found the blue spray wash.

The reason for 4 stars is because they are meant for low to medium heat so it’s difficult to get a good sear on those temps.

I no longer need oil to fry foods. This pan l cooks my food evenly. It has a long gold handle and a large lid. This is definitely a great pan to cook anything in it. I definitely recommend this pan. I love it.

That is super important when selecting a pan. These pans have a great nonstick surface that slides right out of the pan and cooks food evenly too. I love this set!
