I purchased these pans 4 months ago and at first only bacon and sausage were sticking to the frying pans, but now everything I cook in the pans are sticking (even if I use nonstick spray). They are extremely difficult to clean even after soaking in soap and water for over 30 minutes. The white color is also coming off around the edges. The pink color is beautiful and exactly as pictured, I just hate that they are not non-stick and so difficult to clean. For the price, these are not worth the purchase.

No matter what I did the eggs stuck. After hearing such great things about this new version I decided to give them a try again. So glad I did. Eggs don’t stick to the little pan and meats cook great in the big pan. I have yet to stick them in the oven to test that way of cooking.

Not only are they absolutely adorable with the Blue Nova color, but they are scratch resistant and very well made. You can tell that they are built to be durable but are still very light and would be easy to use for someone who doesn’t have a lot of strength in their wrists or arms. The heat distribution is wonderful, but it is a little stronger directly over the burner, unlike a cast iron pan with the very equally distributed heat. They are also VERY easy to clean, which makes them a win in my book!

The handles are of a gold toned finish. They are also very lightweight which is a plus! It came in a three pack so a large pan, medium and small. I have used each pan for different types of cooking and I have been very impressed. I have made eggs which do not stick. The eggs came out super fluffy. I also seared chicken and it gave me beautiful cooked chicken without overcooking it. I have also made bacon and each time it would give me good tasting bacon!! The clean up process after cooking was very easy. I would recommend using soft pads to wipe them down gently during cleanings. Simply use a soft fiber cloth to dry them off. These are good for every type of stoves which is a plus! I look forward to making for delicious meals in these pans and with great care they are built to last. The material in the pans are of a high grade material. I would recommend this product!!

I love that it has the matching lid, especially for such a big pan. I think this pan is going to last me a very long time. I highly recommend it. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with my new set of frypans. I needed to replace mine so these came at just the right time. I have never cooked using ceramic cookware, so I was a little leary of how it was going to cook. The heat distribution is fantastic. I cooked several things over the last week and everything has been cook evenly and has tasted great. I am very careful when cleaning them because I don't want to hurt the coating, but it seems like it is very durable and i won't have much of a problem in the future. 10/10 recommend!

I just purchased this as a gift and could not be happier...want to keep it for myself! It was an instant hit for my sister, and her family loves it. The quality of the pans are fantastic, the color is amazing, the handle is beautiful. The nonstick surface is the best, food simply slides off and rinses clean. I have Greenpan and love it. I would highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't to impressed with these pans. To me they worked just as well as any other brand on the market with the same features. I decided to do an experiment to see how it would cook using no spray and using spray. I used both pans on my stovetop and in my oven side by side cooking the same dish. On the stovetop I decided to cook fried eggs to test the nonstick ability and I wasn't impressed. In the oven I choose a frittata and there was noticable uneven cooking. I will continue to use them and see if I get different results but until then I'm definitely not switching from my regular pans.

I don’t know where it went lol. The meat was not greasy at all! Any other pan you’ll be draining for days and waiting forever for it to cook down. Nope not these 2 beautiful pans! On that note, the colors are absolutely gorgeous! I love the black and gold combination! I love the handles! They’re flat like. Just perfection! They’re not heavy! You can carry all the way to the dinner table and serve if you want! Nothing sticks! And I mean nothing! These fry pans couldn’t be more perfect! And goes in the dishwasher with no problem if necessary!
